Bad company, scam they only know how to take money and scam

To cancel the EIN for a company you must fill a letter that later they need to send to the IRS.
I did and they received and confirmed. After they told me it was already send to the IRS. Weeks after I asked an update (several times) and they give me a tracking number saying that was the PROOF it's been done and if I want to know more I should call myself to the IRS.

Basically, the reason I paid them if for them to make it, not me. Second at the end they send through the USPS something (it should be my letter) to some PO BOX where the IRS name doesn't appear anywhere.

The tracking number is from weeks after (they already told me it was send....).

Be careful with this company because they will charge you for everything but they just deliver simple tasks that you can do yourself online but most important issues with IRS, like cancel your EIN they are useless and their service is poor.

I don't know why companies like FIRSTBASE.IO partner with them, definitely they didn't do their due diligence.

Probably the most Scammiest site in combination with Firstbase.io that I have ever used.

I had started an LLC through an LLC service company by the name of Firstbase.io, which has been nothing but a major pain to deal with. But the only way to cancel an account and not be charged by them is to use ClickDissolve to dissolve my LLC. It has been a few months now and I have been charged over $500 for fees that I was never made aware of, and also have no explanation as to why those charges were made. On top of this, their site told me that I still had to pay an additional $350 for franchise taxes and an additional $95 for using their service. I reached out to customer service (of course left on voicemail) to ask about what the $500+ charges were for - whether they were service fees or supposed to cover the franchise taxes - and if it would be possible to receive a refund for the unfounded charges.

I have still not received any response/explanation from their team and they continue to stonewall and withhold information about my dissolution process. I would say that this site in combination with Firstbase.io is extremely shady and seems to follow a similar scamming type of behavior when it comes to these kinds of issues. BE AWARE!

I am highly satisfied how they handled these confidential matters and how they managed to dissolve my company. One of the best to ever offer such services and I can definitely recommend them to anyone who is in a similar position as I were.

Finally got rid of my LLC via the most convenient way, which is of course, using ClickDissolve services to take care of the elbow grease and handle the bureaucracy for me. Thanks for everything, it was a pleasure.
