Excellent service, on the two times I have ordered my eye cream it has come the next day, I have used the click and collect service which is made very easy to purchase what you need, I’m very happy with the service and will definitely be using them again.

Great improvement and response.
Liked the on-line reviews and impressed with comments re ability to contact and speed of despatch of items, and tracking thereof. Placed order Sunday, approved early Monday - still no despatch update on our account (Wednesday) whilst webpage says despatch same day for orders approved before 3.00pm. Tried to call - five times today - we are transferring you to the next available agent, and then I get the "out of hours" message and the line is dropped
Update - made contact that afternoon on 6th call. Unable to provide answer but called back within 15 mins. Medication out of stock despite webpage saying in stock. New stocks expected that afternoon. Medication received next morning - delivery had been upgraded to next day delivery. First class response but no notification on order page of tracking details following despatch, so delivery was a (very welcome) surprise

As it was hard to get an appointment…
As it was hard to get an appointment with my GP as I needed some more Betacap it was easy to go online and do a consultation and get the medication I needed quicker than a GP appointment, I know it cost more money than a prescription but worth it in the end
