Just returned from yet another wonderful week in our favourite spot in Golf del Sur. This time a larger villa to accommodate our grown family. 20 of us celebrated Bill & my 60th anniversary in the beautiful 10 bed villa in Alamos Park. The additional building containing 3 bed (all with ensuite), was newly completed in time for our occupation. Perfectly situated for golf, shops, buses/taxis, restaurants. Set on a beautiful coastline. Can't wait to return. Jon, the Agent, is always so helpful. Caroline & Bill from Bonnie Scotland

I have booked Spanish holiday homes with Clickstay many times. They have a great selection of propertys and a good choice of filters to make the search easier. Easy booking system with direct access to the owners. Bookings are confirmed very quickly and communications about payments, directions to the property etc are very good. Will definately book again.

Have used Clickstay for a good few years now. Website is easy to use & they have a great choice of accommodation - something to suit everyone's taste and budgets. Booking is an easy process with great correspondence and updates. Would recommend.

No problems. The villa I chose was exactly as advertised. Clickstay was helpful when my credit card was having technical dificultes and smoothed away any problems my card ( or maybe me ) was having.

I have used Clickstay 3 times now for booking the same house in Spain. There were no issues when having to change dates due to Covid and have never had any issues. Would highly recommend

Really good experience. Kept up-to-date and with all the negativity surrounding COVID issues. I had to cancel two times and clickstay were understanding and helped every step of the way. Can fully recommend.

As an owner I needed to speak to Clickstay about adjusting my prices. The staff member I spoke to was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful.

Put in a destination (eg crete) and a month (eg september), then sort by price and this doesnt work at all. Prices are in random order still and places state for example, FROM £750 and when you go into the villa, the cheapest price is £1080 in November! Prices dont include cleaning fees either.

be prepared to pull your hair out trying to navigate this website. Its truly awful

Great company to deal with. The booking process is straight forward and easy. Nothing is too much trouble for them if you have a query. Always quick to respond.
We had to change our booking twice due to covid and they were really helpful and liaised with the villa owner to get the bookings moved and fortunately for us there were no extra charges involved.
We will always use Clickstay.

I don’t have one negative word to say about our experience .This is the first we have stayed at this property & can’t wait to return. We were a party of 8, ages from 17 to 50 & it was perfect for all of us . I would highly recommend this property

Our week long stay at a villa in Tenerife was made easy by the fact that queries etc were answered by return or at least the same day! I was a little nervous not having dealt with companies for holidays via the web but there was no need as from day one all went smoothly. We certainly will use Click Stay again in the future

From start to finish it was an easy process. I was able to communicate directly with the villa owner via the messaging service which worked well. I called clickstay on a couple of occasions as my payments wouldn't go through and they were very helpful. I would happily use this agent again in the future. Thank you!

Had a customer wishing to cancel a booking as he had been diagnosed with a condition which required ongoing therapy. I contacted Clickstay and explained the situation and they immediately cancelled the booking without and charges. Well done Clickstay for being human.
