Je suis passé par la clinique Wise que je connais depuis 2 ans. C’est grâce à Cleo que j’ai rencontré le docteur Nihat. On va commencer par Cleo qui travaille pour clinique Wise avec qui j’échange en français, c’est une personne d’une gentillesse inouïe serviable. Je suis assez embêtante au niveau des questions j’en pose vrmt énormément et Cleo réponds toujours présente et d’une gentillesse vrmt exceptionnelle et essaye de trouver une solution à chaque problème. Une fois arrivé à Istanbul je me dirige vers le transfert je suis accueilli et raccompagner jusqu’à mon hôtel en van luxueux au logo discret de la clinique wise. Le lendemain j’avais mon rendez-vous opératoire. Le transfert est venu me chercher à mon hôtel et ma déposer à l’hôpital Privé d’acibadem en temps et en heure. J’ai rencontré l’assistante du docteur Nihat ( une personne incroyablement, sa gentillesse bienveillance sa bonté intérieur ce reflète sur son extérieur je me suis sentie en confiance et je me sentais en sécurité il y’avais ce côté très maman vous avez sûrement compris elle est EXCEPTIONNELLE). J’ai pu enfin rencontrer le Docteur Nihat qui est un homme très chaleureux mais très très professionnel et d’une gentillesse phénoménale à l’écoute j’ai posé 15 fois la même question et il y a répondu 16 fois pour que je sois entièrement rassuré. Il a procédé a un contrôle ORL puis à pris des photos et a fais une simulation Photoshop pour que je puisse avoir une idée. Mes seules indications étaient un Nez naturel et surtout pas un nez de cochon. Au bloc avant l’anesthésie le personnel était très rassurant et accueillant on se sentait vrmt en confiance. Au réveil il y’avait l’interprète qui était avec moi Omer un très gentil jeune homme qui était très serviable je le remercie pour sa patience. La première Chose que j’ai faites au réveille c’est de voir mon nez on pouvait apercevoir déjà le changement sur la pointe du nez. Alors le service à l’hôpital Acibadem est digne d’un hôtel 5 étoile qu’on privatiserait. Mes médicaments mes soins on été fait en temps et en heure exacte comme si j’étais l’unique patiente de cet hôpital des infirmières chaleureuses et douce ! Je n’ai jamais eu un tel service médical de toute mon existence! Toute les une heure pile poile l’infirmière venait changer mon pansement et mettre de la glace sur mes yeux pour 15 minutes. Je n’ai d’ailleurs eu aucun bleu sur le visage! Ce qui prouve le travail minutieux du Docteur Nihat. J’ai eu deux rendez-vous post opératoire un au 4 eme jours après l’opération et l’autre un jour avant mon départ. Les rendez-vous étaient programmés et le temps d’attente était de moins de 5 min en salle d’attente très très professionnel. Le premier rendez vous le Docteur à retirer des bout de silicone de mes narine je redoutais ce moment et a vrai dire il n’y avait rien à redouter car je n’ai absolument rien senti on m’avait toujours dit que cette étape est douloureuse alors que pas du tout. Au deuxième rendez-vous vous j’ai pu découvrir mon nez ( qui est gonflé ce qui est normal il faut un an pour que les gonflements disparaissent totalement, ça varie d’une personne a une autre bien évidemment mais au bout de quelques mois nous voyions déjà un résultat très proche du définitif). Alors il procède au retrait du plâtre nettoie mon nez la toute petite cicatrice et il me dit que je peut découvrir mon nez au miroir. Comment vous dire j’étais tellement choquer du résultat que mes émotions on prit le dessus et je me suis mise à pleurer de joie, j’avais le nez de mes rêves droit beau et naturel je les remercie de tout mon coeur et je le remercie chaque jour quand je vois mon reflet dans un miroir. Je tenais vraiment à remercier la clinique Wise pour son professionnalisme. Et je tenais a remercier le Docteur Nihat Kaya et son incroyable équipe pour le bon déroulement de cette intervention qui me tenait à coeur et leur gentillesse phénoménale. Je ne vous oublierais jamais. Merci d’avoir changé ma vie et grâce à vous mon complexe fais à présent partie du passer. Je vous souhaite beaucoup de succès vous le méritez largement.

I only have good things to say about clinic wise! The staff who work there are literal angels. My coordinator was Lina and my assistant in Istanbul was Omer. Between the two of them they made my whole experience wonderful. I can't thank them enough. I traveled alone so their constant support meant a lot and made me feel safe the whole way through.

When I first contacted clinic wise to see of they might be a good fit for me I was connected to Lina. She answered my questions and concerns over a couple of months (I was talking to several clinics). I finally decided that I had the best gut feeling with clinic wise. Lina set up a zoom meeting with Dr Hakan and after that call I decided to go ahead with the surgery.

Lina helped find dates that suited me and Dr. Hakan's calendar. I first paid a deposit and then the rest of the amount before the surgery. I paid via bank transfer and so there was a minor fee but nothing big.
In the months leading up to me flying to Istanbul Lina would periodically check in and see how I was doing. She was always ready to answer any questions I had.

When I arrived in Istanbul I was driven to the hospital and met by Omer. There they took my blood for testing and did an ECG. Omer like Lina was just the best. As I was traveling alone he was my "person" through all of this and I can honestly say that I didn't regret coming alone because I knew he was there looking out for me. He would translate for me when hospital staff etc didn't speak English. Other than that he was constantly checking in with me to make sure I felt comfortable. Both in person and over WhatsApp.

I spent two nights and three days at the hospital. I had my own private room which was very lush for a hospital. The nurses, cleaners and orderlies were all so so so friendly. A lot of them didn't speak English but we made it work. They were so sweet to me and were constantly checking my vitals etc. I felt very attended to and safe.

Dr Hakan and his nurse were both just great! Each time I saw him he took time to answer all of my questions and concerns. He was there when I woke up to let me know that everything went fine. I saw him again for two checkups in the days following. I have only good things to say about him and his team.
Dr Hakan was very attentive when it came to understanding what areas I was most insecure about. I felt he really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted done. He is a consummate professional with impeccable bedside manner. I have nothing but praise.

While at the hotel one of the clinic wise nurses came to check on me twice a day and to empty my drains. She also helped me have my first shower. I sadly can't remember her name but she was so kind and lovely. She had an app that we could speak to and it would translate for us. So even though she didn't speak English it was smooth sailing.

On my last night at the hotel Lina came by to meet me. It was so lovely of her to do and great to finally give the person I've been texting with for months a hug. She had a gift box for me full of Turkish goodies which I was so touched by.

If you're considering getting plastic surgery done in Turkey I can't recommend Clinic wise enough. They made the whole experience feel personal. I didn't feel I was just another customer. They really took care of me and I'm truly grateful to all the people I met whilst in Istanbul.

My results are yet to be truly gleaned as I'm only 3 weeks post op. But so far I'm really really pleased. I can't wait to see what it'll look like in 6 months once all the swelling goes down.

With a weight loss total of 60kg from gastric sleeve surgery in 2021 I had been left with a lot of loose skin and had a non existent butt and a wee apron from the loose skin on my back, after 12 months of research I finally found the surgeon and practice for me and decided to undergo surgery on Friday the 14th of July 2023, I had liposuction, back lift, and Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) procedure with Dr Hakan Demirel, and I must say that my experience exceeded all expectations. From start to finish, the surgeon and his entire team demonstrated the utmost professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for my well-being, making me feel incredibly looked after throughout the entire process.

First and foremost, the surgeon's skill and precision in performing the liposuction, BBL and back lift were nothing short of exceptional. From our initial consultation, he took the time to thoroughly understand my goals and concerns, ensuring that I had a clear understanding of the procedures and what to expect. His confidence and expertise instantly put me at ease, and I knew I was in capable hands.

On the day of the surgery, the entire team made sure I felt comfortable and reassured. The facilities were state-of-the-art, creating a soothing and safe environment. The nursing staff, Coordinators and Assistants was attentive, warm, and supportive, providing me with the care and attention I needed post-surgery. Their constant presence and willingness to answer any questions I had greatly contributed to my peace of mind.

One aspect that stood out during my experience was the surgeon's eye for detail. Not only did he skillfully remove excess fat and contour my back, but his artistic touch during the Brazilian Butt Lift truly transformed my figure. I am amazed by the natural and beautiful results, and it's clear that the surgeon takes immense pride in his work.

They regularly checked in on my progress and provided helpful post-operative support, ensuring a smooth and successful recovery. This level of dedication and attentiveness made me feel valued as a patient, and I knew my well-being was their top priority and doing this on my own all the way from New Zealand this really made me feel comfortable, confident and at ease.

In addition to their surgical expertise, the entire team treated me with genuine care and respect. They understood that undergoing cosmetic procedures can be a vulnerable experience, and they never hesitated to offer emotional support and encouragement. It truly felt like I was part of a caring family, and this made a significant difference in my overall experience and I feel so blessed and grateful to of had this surgery with such an amazing group of humans. I will remember this experience for the rest of my life.

I would love to give a special shout out to the beautiful assistants Esma and Betül, such genuine, passionate and driven woman who were with me every step of the way on this journey, being away from my family and friends was very hard but they were my friends/assistants here in Istanbul who never left my side and I am so blessed to have met you both and thank you for everything.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Gonullu and the Clinic Wise Team. The whole process—from consultation, to scheduling, through surgery and then recovery—went very smoothly. I had done Gynecomastia, chin liposuction and 360 liposuction with Dr Ersin Gonullu 4 weeks ago. Dr. Ersin is professional and talented. He clearly explained the before and after surgery expectations and did a good job overall. I’m still recovering but happy with the results so far. I highly recommend this Dr.
I’m satisfied with my trip to Turkey, not only the cost of surgery is cheaper compared to the US but the service was excellent. The logistics of my entire trip, from arrival to departure, was organized by Joseph, our coordinator/liaison with the Dr. He promptly answered our questions and was available every step of the way. The entire team, Dr. Ersin, Joseph, translator Betul, massage therapist Burcu, nurses at the hospital and hotel, was professional, friendly and helpful. There were no hidden fees or other unpleasant surprises during this trip.

El doctor Mehmet Mehdi Deniz siempre atento a todo, los días en la clínica siempre estuvo, y una vez volví a España sigue atento, y si tienes dudas o cualquier cosa te responde personalmente y con mucha rapidez. Recomiendo esta clínica 100×100. Estoy muy contenta y 6 meses después he perdido 30kg.

Me hice la manga gástrica y todo ha sido genial, exactamente igual que lo me habían explicado. El trato ha sido excelente, todos muy amables, me han dejado todo claro en todos los momentos. Hospital y médico de calidad, igual que el hotel. Y no podría dejar de hablar de Cleo, que me ha aclarado todas las dudas desde el momento en que me contacté con la clínica. Super amable!! Hi, I just want to say thankyou to Dr Ersin, the nurses and night nurses my coordinator Lina and everyone else that was involved in my procedure you really do have a fantastic and caring team. I had my surgery on 19th October after 3 years of deciding and doing my research to getting surgery as this was my first every surgery I decided to go with Dr Ersin, I feel the reason I picked him was his knowledge to what he knows and posting really informative posts on Instagram and you can tell he is all for the safety of his patients, with being a single mum this was crucial for me because I wanted someone to ensure I was ok and was going to get all the right care and support I needed with having to go home and be a mum. Dr Ersin and his work he has done on me is jaw dropping, like wow I can’t even begin to say in words how much of an amazing job he has done especially with having a child, most surgeons out there prefer to opt and give you a tummy tuck without trying to do there best work with lipo, honestly he is a magician I have 360 Aggressive Lipo on abdominal, lower and upper back, love handles with BBL and j plasma as my skin wasn’t elastic enough at the bottom.

Ersin he has the vision of being able to see what fits perfectly with your body, you can tell he has the true passion of ensuring his clients get the best results 🙏🏼 I can’t even begin to say how grateful I am thankyou so much Ersin. I went originally for back and tummy lipo, with being so self conscious and unhappy with how I looked after having a child I think your body changes. Ersin was the loveliest of people he made me at ease and I felt like I was in good hands, i always feel like your gut tells you and I just felt eased at the whole thing I just got good vibes and energy from him, he marked me up and did say I would benefit from a BBL I already I knew I had a flat bottom but was scared as people say it’s a risky process he talked me through everything made me feel comfortable and I actually opted to get the BBL in the end and I am so happy the results are amazing sooo natural every one I know can’t get over his work from the before to the afters and I’m only 2 and a half week post op!

I think it makes me more grateful that I picked Ersin, because my friend actually also had BBL with another surgeon in Instanbul last week and the experience she received is terrible, girls please make sure you do your research and pick a good surgeon (DR Ersin) is your man he is kind caring and wants his clients to get the best results but ensuring it’s not exceeding any limits and safety is first and above anything. My experience with this clinic has been first-rate from start to finish. The surgeon (Dr. Gülçin Nujen Çardak,) was very skilled, conscientious and caring. I am very pleased thus far with the outcome of my procedure, the very fine stitches and minimal bruising have made for an easy recovery and I eagerly anticipate seeing the final results. The all inclusive service arranged by the clinic, including: shuttle service, daily visit by a nurse and hotel made the entire process feel very streamlined and stress-free.
I would highly recommend this clinic and specifically this physician to anyone interested in cosmetic procedures.

I have been searching for the right Dr. For years and for me over all of them Dr Ersin made me feel confident and whatever I wanted was possible. Whatever I wanted I got but with a perfection.
