Proceed with caution

The company has both an email address and a phone number listed, but despite my attempts to contact them, I received no reply. Today, however, I finally received a response from them for the first time.

To return to the beginning: I still have not received the product I purchased. According to USPS tracking, the shipment stopped moving on December 24. I placed the order on the 15th, and it seems to me that the package may have been lost.

Until yesterday, I had not received any email replies from the seller, but I finally got one. Their response was to tell me to check directly with the USPS office near my home. However, I do not live in the United States. I only use a U.S.-based international shipping agency to forward the product to my country.

I have already sent another reply back to the seller. Still, I find their response unreasonable. I made the purchase from the seller, not USPS, so telling me to contact USPS directly makes no sense. The seller must understand that they remain responsible for ensuring the customer safely receives the product.

I ask that this issue be resolved.

Charged and never shipped. Won’t respond.

Placed an order fo $223.25 on November 5th and it is now December 5th and I still haven’t received it. I’ve sent numerous emails with no response. I’m moving in a week so that’s great. I was fully charged, not just a pending charge.
***They did end up shipping it over a month after I ordered***

Same experience. Received an empty envelope. WTF. Because I didn't buy insurance? Never ever had such a negative experience buying supplements!! You guys suck.

Unethical practices

It’s absolutely unethical for a company not to inform someone BEFORE they purchase a product that delivery will be two to three weeks. In my case, almost three. You don’t disclose that AFTER the order is placed. It should be disclosed BEFORE, so that the customer can decide before it’s too late if they really want to wait that long for a product that could be delivered much quicker from many other vendors for the same price. If there really is no way to get products to people sooner, so be it. But that is something that should be disclosed BEFORE taking the person’s money. NO ONE these days expects to wait two-three weeks to get one small package. I also think it’s very shoddy that the customer service number goes to a voice mail message that essentially tells you they’ll get back to you ‘whenever’ because they prioritize another type of customer over you. (Really, call the customer service number and hear the message). I will not buy from this company again. I don’t care how long someone has been in business, that doesn’t mean they do everything right. And not disclosing how long it will take for products to be delivered BEFORE the customer commits to the purchase is NOT good business practice.

Disappointed and Frustrated

So far, I am quite unhappy. After purchasing, there appeared a disclaimer on my receipt saying shipment could take 1-2 weeks. That was not stated while ordering. If I had known that, I would not have ordered from this company. I was due to see my physician in a week. He sells the same supplements at the same price. Second, Clinical gives the option of tracking or receiving text updates. I have been unable to track because I was supposedly sent a verification code, which I never received, and I have not received any updates. I decided to call and follow up within the designated hours 2-4 weekday. No answer and the vm mailbox is full. The vm message asks for understanding as "patient care is our priority". There may be nice people behind this, however, they do not know how to run a business. At the risk of seeming heartless, I do not have an investment in the company. If I order supplements, I expect the service to run smoothly and it is not my problem to give the company space for their patient care. I am a patient too after all, just not theirs. Many companies sell supplements. I recommend you go elsewhere. They are quick to take your money and slow or inexistent on service.

Delivered very quick with no issues!

Reading through the reviews had me very concerned but thankfully Clinical Nutrition Centers did an excellent job. I ordered 3 bottles of a product and opted for the free shipping. I ordered on the 19th of Sept and my items arrived the 23rd of Sept. they sent me emails along the way and my items arrived in good condition with no issues. It sucks that others have had difficult issues but know that not everyone does. Companies prices are competitive and I’m please with my order through them.

Although we strive to provide our customers with the best service and products, we do admit that it is difficult to juggle our patient healthcare priorities and our customers' order requests. This sometimes causes delays in order shipments and procurements, as well as problems with our incoming orders arriving in a timely fashion. We do try to offer the best of customer service and offering the highest quality nutraceutical supplements on the market. Mamy of our customers must believe we have all products in inventory all of the time. This is simply not possible, although we will do our best to keep stocking our shelves, but this is fully dependent upon our brand partners shipping products to us in a timely fashion. FRAUDULENT COMPANY

I have never had such a poor experience online when simply ordering vitamins and supplements. The company charged my card and it has been in “awaiting credit card settlement” for over a month. You have the money from my debit card already so what’s the real excuse for not shipping the product? I have been patient enough and plan to speak with my bank in the morning to dispute the charges.

First, we are not a fraudulent company, we have been in business for over 10 years, so your accusations are false, inaccurate, and misplaced. They should be retracted as you are severely mistaken about us allegedly processing your payment. Your payment data has expired from our processor, your statement simply showed the funds in a pending processing status before the expiration. We never processed your payment data due to one of the two items you selected being on a back order status. Your card was never charged and you still have all of your funds in your payment card account.

We are a healthcare clinic with small inventories, so not all products for all orders are available every moment that orders are placed. Our natural pharmacy has a fluid inventory as we sell products daily and have incoming procurement of orders incoming daily.

Again, one of the products you ordered is on a back order status and this is one of the reasons for the shipping delay. We are able to ship to you the Ortho N-Acetyl-Cysteine, but since we cancelled your order, we would request you re-order the NAC product but also select one of the superior substitutes we are going to recommend to you in lieu of the Ortho Methyl B-12 product, due to its back order status.

Due to the waiting period we have navigated after you placed your order in the hopes the Methyl B-12 would become available, we were unable to settle the payment data you submitted due to being unable to capture the funds for settlement due to the data expiring from our holding queue, so your payment was not able to be accepted in order for us to ship out to you. We are very sorry for this happening. You can check your payment card statement to confirm that the pending amount you submitted has not been paid to us, the pending charge should have dropped off of your statement by now. If your statement still shows a pending charge, contact your bank which supports the card and confirm with them.

Horrible company

Horrible company, just do not buy from them. If you do not add insurance for the mail, they will simply just send you an empty package because they legally do not have to refund you since you did not add insurance.

We are sorry to see you are piling onto the former customer's report that a package we shipped arrived as an "empty" package.

This is a disingenuous comment as we do NOT ship empty packages in order to avoid fulfilling customer's purchases. Such a storyline and comment is ridiculous. We have shipped well over 100,000 packages from customer orders over 10 years. If our company performed according to your portrayal, we would not still be in business operations. We simply find your comments as an unprovoked insult and defamatory.

Fortunately, we DO ship ALL packages with contents included, hence our 10 years of continued operations.

We pack our mail bins in a systematic way to maximize packages per bin, meaning after the order is first packaged and placed into a bin in an unsorted fashion, then when the bin is full, we secondarily rearrange the bin's contents so the packages are organized and easy for our USPS mail carrier to easily handle and scan for tracking purposes. So this two times handling of the packages enables us to feel all package envelopes. If a envelope had been empty after placing the shipping label on the envelope, we would have certainly identified such circumstance.

Additionally, It would have been easy for us to have noticed that the envelope was empty and had not contained a bulging middle portion of said envelope upon placing any unweighted empty package into the mail bins. The product you ordered could not have slipped by into our mail bins as an empty flat envelope.

We simply do not ship any empty envelopes to any customers, as ALL of our products are either in a plastic bottle shape or within a box and placed into bubble wrap protective envelopes, which then create bulging contents within the center of the package. It is entirely unmistakable to detect the difference between an empty envelope and one containing a box or bottle of supplements.

Additionally, the person placing the order had the option to select package insurance, but they did refuse the optional shipping package insurance for lost or damaged packages.

We have had rare occurrences of other "customers" attempting to obtain a second shipment from us by making reports that their package arrived "empty". We handle those claims the same way, if the package was insured, we turn the report over to the insurer. During the shipping process, theft and damage can occur to packages, so we always offer methods for customers to insure their purchases.

Unfortunately, as you know, there is an inherent risk of purchasing merchandise and desiring the contents to be shipped to the purchaser without completing the additional step to properly purchase insurance for the package's contents from what has alleged to have happened to such package.

If a customer had purchased the shipping insurance, we would have filed a claim for them regarding this unfortunate report and allowed that insurance company to pursue such claim. Unfortunately, there is nothing like this that we can do for this case.

The purchased item was weighed and packaged accordingly with the shipment label attached to the protected bubble wrap envelope and shipped via USPS mail with a tracking number. If an empty envelope would have been presented to our USPS mail carrier, they would have returned it back to us and told us it was empty.

The customer is always welcome to re-order again. We will gladly ship another bottle to the customer, but we recommend customers select the Route shipping insurance option for all orders.

Once again, we are sorry for such misfortune, but when a customer does not choose the package insurance feature offered they are not eligible for a product replacement.

Nonexistent Customer Service

The worst customer service in the world. They lost my shipment by putting my wrong zip code allegedly. I gave them the proper zip code upon ordering. The last shipment was sent to me properly but had the wrong item and one missing item. Now they refuse to refund my money after a month and a half of no delivery. They want me to check post offices in my area to find the package. They are crazy. I purchased extra insurance through them to no avail. What a scam. Maybe a class action lawsuit for scamming consumers for fraudulent delivery insurance will wake this alleged company up. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Run from this website. I’ve wasted hours of my time and this company refuses to assist. One excuse after the other. No I’m not driving to multiple post offices in Palm Beach County in search of a missing package due to your mistake. Buyer Beware!

Mr Shiner, we are sorry for what had happened to your package.

Our original message we sent to you on October 24, 2023 after your reported you did not receive your package is the following copy from the message in your account:

Please check your email for a copy of your invoice that was created upon you placing your order.

We keep checking on USPS.com for trying to match the city and zip code you provided to us, but the city Palm Beach Gardens does not match the zip code you provided 33412.

We are trying our best to help you secure your package that was shipped to you, but the best we can come up with is that the package's address and zip code will not allow delivery to your street address due to some data being incorrect.

As of 10/8/2023, the US Postal Service's (USPS) West Palm Beach distribution center shows that the package we re-routed there and has not left that location.

We believe that such post office location is awaiting someone to pick up the package due to it being undeliverable as labeled with such address provided to us.

We do not know how else we can assist you.

Please contact that WPB distribution center with the tracking info that was provided to you and request that either the package be delivered once you correct the zip code, or offer to pick up the package in the event USPS refuses to deliver the package with a corrected address. The USPS staff may want to see your ID once upon your arrival at the WPB distribution center to match the person the package was addressed to.

Please know how we can further assist you.

We have since found that USPS has ceased their search for this lost, stolen, or damaged package that had likely either been destroyed in shipment or stolen from their facilities while awaiting for an address correction. Unfortunately, USPS never requested from us an address update or correction before you filed your chargeback. USPS simply told us that the address you provided to us on your order that was digitally placed onto your shipping label was "incorrect".

Again, we are sorry for that circumstance you experienced that we had no fault in creating.

Perhaps you can modify this complaint to being resolved since we had split shipped to you the order #110430 for the two ordered product containers. You simply received the first container in package #1, then a second container in a following package. We even had made such written comments on your invoice when shipping the initial package, stating you would be receiving the second package shortly after the first package.

I ordered vitamins through clinical…

I ordered vitamins through clinical nutrition centers. When I placed this order I was supposed to get 90 count of the vitamins for around $40.00. However I only received a 30 count. I called the numbers listed on website, one is not working and the other has a voicemail box not set up. I need compensated or I would like to return the whole product. Terrible customer service especially since it was my first time ordering from this company!!!

Defective product, spotty customer service

I first purchased Biotoxin Binder from another company and was very happy with the results. It was especially helpful in negating the effects of living in a city where they spray weeds with Roundup and/or Spectracide, which for me causes cold-like symptoms (which these days might be mistaken for Covid symptoms!) and digestive distress. I'd taken as many as 8 capsules in a day when I'd had a really bad exposure. I was looking for another supplier because I'd ordered it through a nutritionist I was no longer seeing, having reached my goals with him. I was glad to find Clinical Nutrition Centers carried it. I ordered it and started taking it. I took it for a week. All week I had strange digestive distress. No appetite, and when I did eat I felt awful. I chalked it up to other things-maybe I'd eaten something my body didn't like, etc. Then came Saturday morning. I was about to leave for rehearsal and saw the neighbor across the street spraying for weeds. I figured I'd nip my reaction in the bud and take Biotoxin Binder. I took it with food but no other supplements. Within 20 minutes the symptoms started, and continued all day: gas, burping, no appetite/stomach couldn't handle food. It was awful. So I emailed to see if I could get a refund. I clearly can't use this product; can't go through another week of not eating much! I explained the situation. First, they replied and asked about dosage, and suggested my practitioner might need to adjust the dosage. I explained I wasn't seeing them anymore, and that I'd had great results with the first bottle from the other company even with a high dose. From there the emails got shorter and terser, implying I was taking it incorrectly. I finally emailed back and said "this is not a case of me using the product incorrectly [8 doses with a bottle from the previous company, and no side effects!] This is a case of having great results with the product previously, and experiencing negative side effects with the bottle I purchased from this company. I am requesting a refund based solely on that and would appreciate a decision at your earliest convenience."
Then they ghosted me. It's been a month, with no response. No "sorry, we don't offer refunds", nothing.
I would not purchase the product or anything else from this company.
Edit on 5/23/22: The company messaged here (see below) and also via email/their website messaging center. I replied on their messaging center on April 4th. I also tried calling them twice, on April 19th and May 5th (and sent a followup email on each of those dates as well). There was no answer either time, the voicemail was full, and to date (May 23rd), I have received no further communication from them. I also have not received the padded envelope mentioned below so I can return the defective product. I added a star to the review for their initial efforts, but remain disappointed with the product I was sent and the lack of resolution.

Ms. Teplik, we are sorry for your recent product experience. We have received a few other similar complaints and experiences with this Cellcore Biotoxin Binder. Although most people who have purchased it do not complain about unwanted symptoms but are able to successfully utilize it. We had contacted Cellcore about these few complaints in late 2020 and Cellcore informed us that they made a product reformulation in about August 2021. This is the reason for your unwanted symptoms as others complained about the same issues with it. Although we do not make the item and did not make the final reformulation recipe, we are happy to send to you a prepaid postage and labeled padded envelope for you to return the bottle to us. Once we receive the returned product, we will provide to you a full refund. Simply put, unless the product is yet reformulated again, you will most assuredly always feel these undesired symptoms. There are other similar products we can advise you to try from other Brands who may not have sourced their materials from the same sources as Cellcore. Let us know what else we can do to assist you. Alka Calm Works!

I have suffered from leg cramps for years but as I got older the cramps intensified and many times I would be screaming with immense pain and tears. I take potassium and magnesium supplements but apparently not enough. A friend told me about Alka Calm working for her husband and gave me a sample. The next time I had a cramp I used it. WOW! Within moments the muscles eased up and I was pain free. I am not kidding! I ordered some right away and use it as needed. I will not be without this product in my medicine chest ever. Besides the fact that it works, it doesn't taste bad.

We are sorry for widespread shipping delays during the December 2021 holidays caused my increased shipper delays and all Brands experiencing raw material shortages due to Covid-19 related matters. We try to be transparent by providing advanced notice to our customers about these product procurement and shipping delays on our website. During our website's checkout cart process, we require customers to read and acknowledge having read these Brands' raw material procurement delays, production and shipping delay process issues for customers to complete placing orders, and also advised making orders for products 2-4 weeks in advance of needing delivery. Many products are on Brand backorder statuses with these Brands experiencing 1-12 week delays in having inventory available to even ship to us. We did ship to you your order on 12/26/21, and an automatic email was sent to you with a shipping tracking number. You did send to us on the next day 4 email messages within 3 minutes on 12/27/21, and 1 email on 12/28/21 asking when we were going to fulfill your order. We responded on 12/28/21 via email within 10 minutes of your last email sent to us on the same day. We trust you received your product and hope you understand the difficult landscape of Brands' product manufacturing and inventory issues they are experiencing resulting in random backorders for their products. We are happy to have served you and completed the fulfillment process. We would appreciate a modified review, thank you.
