Never received it waiting on refund

Thank you for your review.

We’re sorry to hear that you have not received your order and understand your concern regarding the refund.

Having checked the order, we can see that the parcel was refused at the delivery stage and is therefore being returned to us by the courier.

As the parcel has not yet been returned to us, the refund will be issued once the order has been received back at our warehouse. Once received, our team will process the refund accordingly.
