Awful experience. We pre booked a taxi for a gig and agreed a pickup area as some roads would be closed. Once we identified the taxi wasn't present we were met with lies the entire time, saying the driver was 10 mins late each time we called. They ended up not answering me at all. Driver was shady about whereabouts then just turned up one hour later, even though the street the picked us up on was clear for about 20 mins before that. He then proceeded to demand £10 more than the agreed fare so he could pocket it. Felt really unsafe in an unfamiliar area. Would never book again.

I’ve used Clock Cars several times now, and they are consistently on time. The booking process is straightforward, and the drivers are professional and know the best routes to avoid traffic. Highly recommend them

It’s great local company in Wembley. We have been using clock cars for many years. They take my mother to her doctors appointments and my kids to schools and back. they have never let us down. They are punctual and the drivers are helpful and polite.

THE WORSE SERVICE!

Im writing this review on my way to the airport. I booked my cab to the airport the day before as they were cheaper than Uber: clock cars charged £105.00. I explicitly explained that there is a tube strke the next day and there will be traffic at when I called to book and asked their recommendation of when to leave. I had called them a few times to ask if there would be an extra bag charge if 2 people travelled instead on 1 and they said no and reconfirmed the price of %105. I also called that if they could come earlier that would be great and the cab office said they'll check.

Low and behold he calls me back and says 'Madam the price is now £158.00 due to traffic' at this point I was quite angry as I had a flight to catch and chose them based on their price.

I explained that this was not acceptable as I had already preempted the traffic the day before when I booked ask well as the information about the tube strikes which I presume such a business would already take into account.

I told them they must honour the price they give to the customer and he said "OK lets do £135.00" i said this is not a Moroccan bargaining market you should honor the price give to clients. He then had the cheek to say "please look after our driver".....

I reluctantly agreed to £125 as he said he would send another driver.

By this point I had lost trust in the company so I paid extra for an Uber which even arrived 10 mins before the pick up.

I am writing this as I am in the Uber and the driver from Clock Cars arrived 7 mins late so thank god I was on the road.

Note to self: use Uber in future

Never turned up. Booked for 12.15. After 4 calls was told he would cancel driver if I didn't pay full amount. Very rude controller. Another cab firm took over booking. I arrived 20 minutes late for my grandson's communion service. Will never use them again. Not even worth 1 star.

I wouldn’t of gave 1 star booked taxi weeks ago as was visiting Wembley for the first time with two young children it was booked for 10pm to be told at 9.30 it’s been cancelled because it was to busy the man on the desk was rude didn’t want to hell at all and just put the phone down on me leaving us stranded we walked 50 minutes to our hotel very upset children will never ever use them again

I have been using Clock Cars for over 5 years, The service is excellent and drivers are always polite, knowledgeable and presentable and their cars are clean. 5 star company that I can confidently recommend to my family and friends and anyone looking for a safe, professional and great cab service.

Booked an airport taxi with clock cars. They sent a live-tracking link showing all car and driver information. The driver was there 5 minutes before my booking in a very nice and clean car. High recommend it.

2 hours later cancelled, no explanation.

Been part of their services quiet often up and down the city and in many cases used for airport drop offs and pick ups.Each time i have felt extremely pleased and delighted right from booking to having a ride.pProfessional people with polite attitude would take the booking and experienced drivers would turn up well on time.On top the fares are very reasonable.Will highly recommend Clock cars for experience.Excellent service.

Terrible service, we booked a taxi to avoid waiting for a train along with 80 thousand wrestlings fans leaving Wembley stadium
The taxi was booked in advance to take us from Wembley to Kings Cross however it never came. When I called them back they said the driver was "out of range" however they would contact me as soon as possible. 5 minutes later I received a message saying the taxi was cancelled.
This left us stranded in Wembley. We did manage to get the very last train home which was absolutely packed so it made for a very stressful night and took us 3 hours to get back to our hotel.
100% unreliable and will never use again.
If you want a taxi to pick you up on time without and hassles then about this company like the plague,

Awful experience for the price you pay. Always given these guys the benefit of the doubt but NEVER again will I book. Was quoted £90 for a Gatwick pick up. Had to wait over 30 mins to be collected and was made to walk to the arrivals drop off point as they do not use the parking facilities nor do they come to wait for you at arrivals. The car was smelly and messy and the driver not even apologetic over the lateness.

During the drive, I noticed he kept swerving and breaking harshly whilst on the motorway frequently with no cars around till I noticed this was due to his sleepiness/tiredness as I could see his eyes through the mirror trying to close. I asked if he wanted to stop because I could tell he was tired and he said it was how his eyes normally looked and that I was his first job for the evening but yet he kept drawing for a can of red bull and pulling himself closer to the wheel to concentrate on the road. I have genuinely not felt this unsafe whilst in a taxi ever, it was awful. After an anxious trip home, I paid the £90 and the driver asked, “what about the £7.50 for the parking” to which I advised I was not told about and so he said “okay, don’t worry” but now I question why was this even quoted since I was made to wait and picked up from the free drop off area.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THESE GUYS! For the prices they quote it’s daylight robbery and exploitation given the lack of quality they offer.
