Horrible sweatsuit and customer service! Don’t buy from this site. I was scammed. I thought I was buying something from Walmart but some how this item comes from overseas and ultimately China. Seems we’re puckering, neckline collar was uneven and seem down front of pant legs were over exaggerated. Cuffs on sleeves had “ puckered material. Then once I found how to contact them, which was not easy, they offered me $7.00 on an item I bought on sale for$39.90. Why would anyone accept that for an item not worn and I just want to return!!! It’s terrible quality. I just want my money back and of course they will want me to pay an exorbitant amount of money to return an outfit that isn’t worth $5.00 to send back to China! Don’t be scammed like I was. Check reviews and scam reports when buying from anywhere on social media. Go to the actual store website to check their location. If it’s China.. stay away. This happens all the time. Ugh!!

What a waste of $40. Bought a gray jumpsuit. Horrible quality and even worse customer service. The jumpsuit was about two sizes too small and the quality was horrible!!! So disappointed! Customer service refused to give me a refund and offered $8 to gift it to someone else. Are you kidding me?? I wouldn’t give it to anyone without humiliating myself! Ughhhh, so disappointed!! Don’t waste your money!!

This site is not a legit company. I checked their return policy before purchasing clothing because sizing can always be iffy with clothing. It said they have a 30 day return policy on unworn items, so I pulled the trigger. Both items I purchased arrived 3 weeks later from Spain and were too small. So I emailed them for the return address as it states on their site. They asked me to send jpeg images, the waybill including my address, tracking number, product name and the SKU QR codet from the packaging, even though I was replying to the itemized order email sent from them that had all that information. They replied that the shipping costs may be too expensive and offered me $8, then $10, then $12, then $18 and finally $21 at the time I'm writing this review. Turns out they simply bribe you to keep your money. It's no doubt a bot replying to my emails and not someone from customer service. Emphatically saying - Do Not purchase from this seller.

I ordered a loungewear outfit on sale for $40. It was too short in the top and small. The fabric was cheap quality. I wanted to return it and they said I would have to return it to China and have to pay for shipping which would be very expensive even though they sent it from a warehouse in the US. They offered me $8 and I could keep the outfit that I couldn’t wear! I will not do business with them again. Beware you are stuck with product even if you are dissatisfied with product.
