I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing my coat. It’s wasn’t bad quality but the fit was terrible so I asked for a refund. After a month’s worth of emails I still haven’t had the partial refund they stated they would give me. In fact, they went as far as offering me a 50% refund but in subsequent emails they seemed to have forgotten that and claimed they were still trying to get me my 20% refund. I will never buy from them again.

Not even worth one star, item nothing like advertised even the description of the item was completely different. cheap Chinese crap in a zip bag asked for refund was offered 10% and told this is what most customers accept, I refused then offered 20% then 40% as I would have to return item internationally (back to China) and it would cost a lot even though the packaging had a return address on it that is based in the Uk then had the nerve to say I could keep this cheap crap that went straight in the bin absolute scam fake company AVOID AVOID!!!!

If could give lower I would DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. bought 2 jumpers as looked fantastic on website. Jumpers arrived nothing like picture or description. Company refusing to refund despite sending photos. Company not a uk company but based in china. Company offered partial refund and no response.

Cheap, thin clothing clearly NOT from the UK. Website has false information. Clothing is shipped from China despite saying they only ship to the UK and only use DHL. They shipped with Yun Express and the cardigan turned up looking really thin and cheap. Clearly not worth the £40.
