I contacted customer support, but all I got were slow, copy-paste replies that didn’t really help. I’ll give them 2 stars because at least something showed up, but overall the experience felt pretty sketchy. I’d be careful before ordering from here.

I’m annoyed with myself for not reading the reviews before I bought a dress from this site. Quality is awful and the returns process is a farce. Don’t spend your money with them.

I recently placed an order with Clothing Shop Online, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the overall experience.
Their shipping and delivery speed were incredibly fast. Unfortunately, the package was initially delivered to the wrong address by UPS—but what really stood out was how this company handled the situation.
I contacted their customer service team right away, and their response time was outstanding. Not only did they reply quickly, but they continued to follow up and stay engaged throughout the entire process. That level of communication is rare these days.
They did everything they could on their end to help locate the package and made sure I felt supported the entire time. Thankfully, the situation worked out—the neighbor who received the package brought it over (they’ve officially earned a spot on my Christmas card list).
Even though the delivery issue wasn’t their fault, they still went above and beyond. That kind of customer service is hard to find, and it’s the reason I’ll absolutely be ordering from them again.
Highly recommended.

LIGHT IN THE BOX is a total SCAM....beautiful photos on their site....big problem...that is not what they are going to ship you...total FRAUD..

Bought the heavy weight cotton pocket t-shirts. Nice weight, like they were back in the day. Good color selection, good quality build. More than my monies worth. I would highly recommend.

After seeing ALL the negativity and 1 star feedback I wont be buying ANYTHING from these. Just goes to show you that it pays to read feedback first before buying, saved me a lot of money.

I ordered a few comfort colour sweatshirts from this company, and honestly, it was the first time I felt like I completely wasted my money. One arrived dirty with patch-like stains. I contacted customer service right away and explained the issue, but they didn’t respond for days. When they finally replied, they refused to replace it because it had been washed. For a company, that just unprofessional and really disappointing. Such a bad experience overall.

I had a terrible experience with this store. The clothes I received felt extremely cheap and poorly made and nothing matched what I expected from the website. On top of that, the shipping was very slow and there were no clear updates about my order. Customer service gave me generic responses that didn't solve anything. Overall the quality and service both felt unreliable and I definitely would not recommend shopping here.

I've ordered bulk from here many times for my clothing brand. all past experiences were quick , easy, and fulfilled as expected. I've dealt with returns and had no issues. customer service was quick to respond and quick to ship out orders. HOWEVER, since they changed their site, I am too sketched out to order again. they apparently "updated" their site but it now looks like a total scam. I'm not able to see any of my past orders, which there were YEARS of. I wrote to customer service and they said that issue should be resolved within a week. That was about 3 months ago. I don't know what was wrong with the old site. it's unfortunate because I will not be ordering from them again.

This company is VERY sketchy. I ordered two shirts and both didnt fit. I went to do a return and the return portal was down. I contacted customer service and they said they launched a new site and that section is currently unavailable and to give it 24-72 hours for that to be available. I gave it about a week. This has been going on for about a month where I’ve contacted them, they tell me to wait 24-72 hours and I do then it still doesnt work. Now the return portal is available but it will say order not found. Their customer service is severely lacking.
What they sell you can get a million other places so I would suggest saving yourself the headache and buy from somewhere else.

This company is a scam under Nicole Hoyt! Be aware, your items will not be what you order! And you will not get a refund! They have a distribution center in China and Torrance and horrible customer service! They deserve zero stars! Cheap products

Ordered several Comfort Colors long sleeve large t-shirts, similar to one I'd bought 3 years ago on Amazon. The sleeves were over 2" shorter, and didn't come close to meeting manufacturer spec. Clothing Shop Online refused to take them back because they had been washed, basically ignoring the fact that they sold me shirts that didn't meet manufacturer spec.
