These guys are so bad. I was taking a $5.9 dollar server and to check I asked CEO for a test server and he agreed i didn't even force to give he said yes that they provide it and then he told his staff to give me the server . After this I waited 1 Whole day and after when I got the server there is no egg change system in the panel 😂😂😂😂 and when I asked them about it they said they will add it soon and removed the test server which I have just got and hadn't added a single plugin yet.

They don't even know what they are doing. First one of their staff said they don't have a server rn like so 🤣🤣 which hosting owner say they have stock and staff says they don't like ggs bro.

Their service is very late there are only 1-2 guys who response , they also take 2-3 hours to see a msg we have to wait for each reply.

In the end my experience with these guys was not good now its on you guys .

Service was unreliable for my use case.

The VPS went down multiple times and eventually became unusable. For hosting, stability is critical, and this didn’t meet expectations.

Would not recommend for serious projects.
Main issue was support.

When my VPS stopped working, I reached out but didn’t get a timely or helpful resolution. Delays in support made the situation worse.

Needs major improvement in customer support.
Lost access to my VPS unexpectedly.

This caused disruption, and I wasn’t able to recover things easily. Communication from the provider was unclear.

I purchased 2 VPS nodes from this provider, but within just 10 days, both of them stopped working completely. I lost access to my servers, which caused serious disruption to my hosting services.

What’s worse is that even after reporting the issue, it has not been properly resolved. Support responses were either delayed or not helpful, and there was no clear explanation of what actually went wrong. For something as critical as hosting infrastructure, this level of instability and lack of communication is unacceptable.

Running a hosting service requires reliability and trust. If servers go down and remain unresolved for days, it directly impacts customers and business operations.

I understand that technical issues can happen, but not fixing them for 10 days and not providing clear updates shows poor support and management.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider for any serious or production use. I hope they improve their infrastructure stability and customer support in the future.

I have purchased a vps and minecraft server and last week my both services are working well no down time no issues and user friendly control panel
