Fast, reliable & consistent.
Fast, reliable and consistent. My doctor's office use their service to fulfill my prescriptions and the process to order and pay is simple and easy to follow. I will give 4 stars because every shipment costs about £9 despite the fact they are a dedicated (captive) service. I would agree to add a premium to "same day/emergency" delivery but for the regular ones, it seems a bit unfair for the regular customer using their service year after year.

Could be better
Unfortunately, every time I need a repeat prescription I have to chase CloudX for it, even though my private clinic told me I would receive reminders from them. In reality, I usually have to send two emails before I get a response.
I also noticed that the price of Androfeme has been increased without any notification, which is disappointing.
On the positive side, once the request is processed the delivery is very quick, which is great. However, the delivery charge is quite high.
Overall, the service would be much better if communication improved and reminders were actually sent as promised.

This approach is intended to give patients more flexibility to request their medication as and when they need it, helping to avoid prescriptions being issued when they’re not required and potentially losing repeats. In terms of communication, we aim to respond to all enquiries within the hour wherever possible. Ripped off!
Very disappointed that they reduced the price by £75 on my delivery day - wiping out any loyalty points I had earned and a whole lot more. Then on top of that, no loyalty points added for my latest purchase. Time to look elsewhere!
