This was my first order from Cloudshill, the plants were very well packaged and arrived safely. The only reason I haven't given them 5 stars is because there were no labels with the plants. I've purchased succulents from other suppliers and they always come with a label.

My succulent was quickly despatched and arrived, as described, in good condition.

Ordered and the plant arrived OK, however its actually been rotting in the pot since I got it so have had to remove, cut and hopefully let it callus and re-root. Not sure why it did this as soil was bone dry and wasn't due for watering until at least march/April time at the earliest. Emailed the seller but no response. Wouldn't buy from again.

I ordered a string of hearts cutting at a great price. I only paid for 2nd class postage but it was dispatched on the same day and arrived by the end of the week.
I am not a plant expert but the cutting seemed good quality, and it's only been two weeks but I can see new leaves starting to grow which is great!

There is a lot of guidance on the website about how to pot the cutting and look after the plant which is very helpful.
