Absolutely fantastic.
Very quick to respond to my query. Very polite and on time. Honest with what was required. Everything was done is a professional manner. I can't praise the team enough. My fiancé and I had 2 window panes replaced. They also fixed the mechanics on the door and repaired a hinge on a small window. Not only saving money on the job but also with energy bills, we have felt a massive difference the rooms are much warmer.

The lads went over and above as they had to drive from Mansfield to Leicester and then to Ashby de la Zouch in the the worst weather of the winter - there was snow and ice everywhere. They did a great job under the circumstances.

Have used this company several times and are always quick with there quote and installation. Will use them again next time we need a replacement unit.

This is the second time I have used Cloudy to Clear and have been very satisfied with them both times. They are courteous prompt and very efficient everything you could want from tradesmen. I would highly recommend.

Very pleased with the service from quote to fitting. We were very happy with the price and after fitting everything was cleaned away and the new glass was left sparkling clean.

Really happy with our new window glass. We had all the panes at the front replaced. We had 3 quotes and C2C were the middle price. We chose them because the initial visit resulted in a written, full break down of costs, and included VAT, and because the options and costs for different types of glass were clearly explained without pushing us to a more expensive option. They also give a 25 yr guarantee. The 2 men who fitted the windows were on time, efficient and tidy. We are really pleased with the result.

My expereince has been very poor. I contacted the Derby branch to arrange for someone to come out to give me a quote (they won't quote without a visit). Was told they only offer appointments 9-1 or 1-5, so no lunchtime, evening or weekend appointments, which is very difficult for customers like me who work full time. I suggested a date when I could work from home but they couldn't do any time that day, suggested a further date and they said they couldn't do that date either. I then suggested I could do any weekday at 4:45/5pm but they wouldn't scedule an appointment at that time.
I even tried emailing general customer service but this was just passed back to Derby.
Companies that want business offer at least one day per week that they could do evening quotes to accommodate working customers, but there was absolutley no flexibility or understanding at all. I tried to be flexible and arrange to work from home (which is not simple as I work in a school) on two different occasions but they still couldn't "fit me in."
I am shocked at the other reviews based on my experience of what was, quite frankly, terrible customer service.

In response to your reply, your comments are absolutely untrue. I responded to all your messages by return (unlike you who took days to reply) offered any evening at 4:45 (which you said you "couldn't guarantee" and I also offered two specific days in different weeks when I could work from home, so could do any time on those dates. Your reply was that you couldn't do either - and I have email messages to prove this. And at no time did you offer a two hour window. So not only did you offer poor customer service you have now also lied about this. You have also failed to address my comment that you don't offer times to accommodate working clients. So I fully stand by my comment of shocking customer service.

Booking system was professional but it all went down hill from there. No written quote given. We wanted a blown window replaced, new front door furniture and door limiters fitted to our patio doors. Was told they don’t do door knockers! The letterbox they bought was the wrong size, they only bought a limiter for one patio door, when they changed the blown window they put the old rubber beading back in, one of the new door handles was scratched, they got WD40 stains on our new patio. They came back to fix most of this but we eventually just paid them off to go. Our patio is still stained, we are still missing a door limiter, the front door handle, letterbox and knocker are all different shades of gold. Not impressed, wouldn’t recommend or use again.

Brilliant service, arranged a free quote over the phone and had the work carried out a few weeks later. Staff helpful, arrived on time, did a great job and great price.

Lovely guy's were in and out in a short time and did a lovely job on my replacement double glazed windows.
