Had an appointment in June for a quote for glass replacement in a large window ( 2 small panes and one large) Dave gave us a verbal quote, which we accepted so he made the appointment to fit almost 3 weeks later. We weren't sent or given anything in writing. Dave arrived promptly at the appointment time and quickly popped all 3 panes out. He went to his van for the replacements and told us we'd only ordered 2! We'd originally arranged a quote for the entire window. He phoned the office and told us they'd have to order the third pane which was £65. He replaced the 2 new panes he'd brought and put one of the ones he'd removed back in and we made an appointment for the third to be fitted. Due to our holidays it was August before we could accommodate this. Paul arrived at the pre arranged time and quickly fitted the new pane. However the amount he'd been told we needed to pay was about double the amount of the verbal quote. Paul phoned the office to query it but they were adamant that the cost Paul had asked for was correct. We were left with no alternative than to pay the extra.
Paul was very professional, cleaning the glass he'd replaced thoroughly. Unfortunately Dave didn't match this professionalism. He mis-quoted... twice and the two panes he did replace he only gave a quick wipe, claiming he couldn't clean them properly as the sun was shining! Surprisingly, even as an OAP I managed to clean them thoroughly immediately after he'd left.

I contacted this company on Tuesday 2nd June 2026, requesting a quote for 3 windows that now had condensation between the double-glazed panels. An appointment was made for between 1 pm and 5 pm on Saturday 13th June, 11 days later. I was surprised at this delay in being able to attend to our house; a competitor came on Wednesday, 3rd June, and gave us an estimate straight away. I received a text at 13:07 today, Saturday 13th June, informing me that due to a family emergency, their representative was unable to attend today and wishing to rearrange for between 9 am and 1 pm on Wednesday 24th June - another 11 days. I have declined this rearranged appointment and did ask why if they were able to send a text at 13:07, why did they not call me ? I happened to be away from my phone when they sent the text and did not see it until nearly 5 pm. This company must be either very busy and/or short-staffed if it takes this long to react to a potential customer's enquiry. I worked in sales for many years and would have been embarrassed to be only offer such long periods to react to such an emquiry.

Very easy to deal with, quoted a good price. The guys that came were friendly and efficient. One window had been made the wrong thickness so they came back to fit that. All in all a great service and great value, would definitely use again.

Already written a comment and submitted it but I was very pleased with the service I received. Very friendly, efficient and professional although there was a slight delay on delivery as problem with glass. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The initial measuring up was done very quickly after my telephone enquiry, the estimate was clearly explained and the price was reasonable. The installation was fixed for a date convenient to me and the company's staff (led by Dave) came on the day within the promised time. The job of replacing two windows was carried out cleanly, quickly and efficiently.

Provided my elderly father with a quote to fix a cloudy double glazed window, at a cost of £1250.00. I have other quotes for a third of this price, some with 10 year gaurentee... I am not sure how a company can quote so high and get away with it.
