Ok...so....I ordered a Josh Allen half Wyoming and half Bills shirt. The perfect gift for my son. Then some "sketchy " things happened ... no tracking, no response...and I figured I'd been scammed. I contacted my bank and reported it, changed out my credit card, etc. Then....I suddenly receive an email with tracking and delivery info...and my son receives his gift in time for Christmas! He says the shirt is fine. Doesn't have Allen's name on it BUT....it's fine. So it was an interesting process but it worked and the price was right!

I just bought a product for $325. Then I saw it listed on Google for $60. It had a Costco looking website. I saw several on Google like that. Then this Cloud whatever site had it for $35. I'm glad to see my investment is not worth $35. Watch out! Those scammers are out there!

So I came here first for the first time and thankfully read reviews from others. Lots of fishy things with this company and for kicks i looked up the address listed on the website. It appears to be an apartment building. I would not recommend even trying with this company given their sparse contact information and non business address listed as theirs own. Likely a defunct email and random address listed on their site to merely appear more legitimate.

This website is a scam . No response No tracking information

I placed an ordered in November and still have not received it. I have emailed the company at least 15 times with NO RESPONSE. I guess this is why they don't have a phone number cause they don't have to answer emails.

Thank you everyone for leaving your experience. I won't order from this company. Beware. I noticed 5 star reviews are all during a one week period, left on the same 2 days. Odd. Very odd. Beware.

I ordered a product in November and received a tracking number. The product took over a month to leave China. The tracking says I received the product, but I have not. I reached out to Cloudycustom and have received no reply. They certainly seem to be a scam company.

Was about to place an order on a linQ-8 cooler but after I've read the reviews Im having second thoughts ..thank you all for the reviews much appreciated

Scam...I ordered almost 2 weeks ago says it was shipped but never received and that same day my card got hit with almost $400 of an order I did not authorize.

I bought from them and they charged my card and never received anything. Emailed them and you keep getting the same response. They are waiting on the warehouse to ship the package. Same thing every time. Don’t buy from them.

I DID check here first but at the time there were only 2 reviews one good and one bad - so I took a chance. MISTAKE! Just like another responder, my card was charged but no product ever delivered and then FRAUDULENT activity on my card. Coincidence? I doubt it. Had the card for years with no problem. How are sites like these not shut down? If I set up a fraudulent site, I’d be in jail in a week or two. 🤷‍♂️

I never Received Product and Fraud attempt on my Debit card after giving it to them. Absolutely, do not purchase from them.

HORRIBLE! Never received the items ordered even though they took my money. No personal response to numerous emails sent just a form response. I have filed a FRAUD claim with PayPal and disputed the charges with my bank. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE THIEVES.
