Title: This is a Classic Example of “Not Satisfaction” — Just Convenience for the Employee
Clover Leaf’s Consumer Affairs is a masterclass in avoiding accountability. The employee who handled my case didn’t even put their name on the emails or letters. They sent generic, irrelevant responses referencing canned products for a frozen crab complaint, ignored all proof I provided, and asked me to fill out a two-page form for a product I had to discard for health reasons. Then, they sent me coupons I explicitly said I didn’t want or need. This isn’t customer service — it’s convenience for the staff at the expense of the consumer. For context, the original incident occurred on January 30, 2026, but I did not receive a response until February 17, 2026.
