We worked with Clubhouse Media recently and had a really positive experience.

I created the artwork myself, but their guidance throughout the process was excellent. Everything was explained clearly, timelines were straightforward, and I always knew exactly what was needed and when. There was no confusion or back-and-forth — just clear communication and helpful support.

Even though I handled the creative side, they were on hand whenever I needed advice or clarification, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

we have no relationship with this company and have never subscribed to the service, we have absolutely no interest in the emails offering adverts in golf clubs, we receive spam to 2 different business emails almost weekly, and have called the company to remove our address, and 'unsubscribed' despite never subscribing, I suspect that as part of their marketing package to golf clubs they will sell you on the idea they have a huge database of businesses they can reach, but their email list is clearly made up of useless leads. reported with the ICO and would suggest the other 1 star reviewers do the same.

Constant unsolicited emails.
Vague contracts with no cancelation options.
Golf club cancelling their contracts.
Contact the Golf club asking if they are even working with them and how many months are left on the contract. looking at the one star reviews its not a place to part with your hard earned money.

Do not use this company to sell your ad space!

It could damage your reputation or brand. WHY? becuase I am recieving so much spam from this company about advertising at various golf courses, its becoming extreamly annoying and therefore a poor representation of the golf clubs they are reporting to represent.

This is pure unsolicated SPAM.

Unsolicited SPAM. They added me to their marketing, I have no previous relationship with this company and this is not ‘legitimate interest’ it is simply unsolicited SPAM.

If you contract this company to sell your inventory, for example, a golf course, this is a poor reflection of your company and could damage your brand.

The team have been helpful and patient throughout. From dealing with billing queries to artwork changes. Really good.

None stop spam email despite asking them to remove me from the mailing list

Total scam of a product, your ads won't show and the course will have no idea of any offers

Do NOT sign up with Clubhouse Sports Media Ltd – worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

We are a small family-run business and were sold a sponsorship package at Selsey Golf Club that promised advertising, exposure, and benefits for our clients. Unfortunately, almost none of what we paid for was ever delivered.

We were promised a 30-second marketing video displayed on three monitors at the golf club. Every time we visited, the monitors were switched off. After nearly two years of complaining, they were finally turned on but our advert still hadn’t even been uploaded.

We were also promised golf lessons with the club’s professional, but he refused to provide them, saying he wasn’t being paid by Clubhouse Sports Media.

The main reason we signed up was to offer our clients free golf as part of the sponsorship. However, when we booked them in, they were asked to pay and the club claimed they didn’t even know who we were. This was incredibly embarrassing and made our business look unprofessional in front of our own customers.

We raised these issues repeatedly over two years and were extremely patient, but Clubhouse Sports Media continuously stalled, ignored us, and failed to resolve anything.

This has had a negative financial impact on our company, wasted our time, and damaged our reputation. I’ve now had to begin legal action to recover our money and claim for loss of earnings.

Avoid this company at all costs.
