Below, I have copied the text from the reviews I have started to leave on the Google Reviews page of the gold clubs that Clubhouse Sports Media represents:

I have repeatedly been contacted by Clubhouse Sports Media, representing Silkstone Golf Club, who are selling advertising at Silkstone Golf Club.

My previous interactions with Clubhouse Sports Media at Chesterfield Golf Club have been as follows:

Following receipt of Clubhouse Sports Media’s marketing email, I contacted Alex Lewis, Project Manager, to ascertain where Clubhouse Sports Media had obtained my details from. Alex failed to respond to me.

As I had not received an email response from Clubhouse Sports Media, I telephoned their office to be advised that Alex was unavailable to speak to. I asked to speak to Georgina Keville who is named as I Director on Companies House. I was advised that she was not based in the office so left my details to call back. Georgia failed to call me back.

I then received another email from Alex Lewis, again trying to sell advertising at Chesterfield Golf Club.

As I had received no response to my earlier email of message, I telephoned Clubhouse Sports Media again and left another message for Georgina to call back.

I received a call back from Jake who advised that Georgina has no involvement with the business (despite being listed as a Director on Companies House) and that Gareth would be calling me back once he was out of a meeting in 40 minutes. Gareth also failed to call back.

Having received no call back from Gareth, I telephoned Jake back – I was advised Gareth was on his lunch break and would call be back that day. Gareth failed to call back again.

In an effort to move matters forward, I contacted Sean Boyle, Manager of Chesterfield Gold Club, detailing the above and requesting he contact Clubhouse Sports Media on my behalf to ask them to respond to my multiple call-back requests. Sean emailed back advising he would ask Clubhouse Sports Media to contact me.

Clubhouse Sports Media failed to respond.

I emailed Sean again and advised him of this. Sean did not respond.

I emailed Sean again for an update as I was still receiving marketing emails from Clubhouse Sports Media.

Sean emailed back and said I would need to contact Clubhouse Sports Media directly.

I emailed Sean back and advised I had been trying.

I did not receive any further response from either Clubhouse Sports Media or Chesterfield Golf Club, just further marketing emails from Clubhouse Sports Media.

I then began receiving the same template emails for Silkstone Golf Club. I sent details of the above to Sally Neuhauser, Club Manager.

I received two further emails from Clubhouse Sports Media trying again to sell advertising at Silkstone Golf Club.

Sally responded a couple of weeks later, advising that she had passed the matter to Sam at Clubhouse Sports Media. Sam failed to respond.

I am now receiving the same template emails from Ben Spend at Clubhouse Sports Media for Hickleton Golf Club…

I am disappointed that Silkstone Gold Club has not managed to provoke a response from their representative, Clubhouse Sports Media and that I am having to spend more of my time dealing with this matter.

I’m new to golf so this partnership is a great introduction to getting me involved. Plus I get to advertise my business through my local club :)

The partnership works really well for us and the communication throughout has made the onboarding process seamless. We received some fantastic drone flyover footage of our course and additionally, CSM produced a fantastic content piece for our newly built short practice area. These were received really well by members and guests alike.

Clubhouse Sports Media have delivered their product to our golf club on every level, both promised and beyond.
Sam and the team, which includes Brad on the technical side and Ian doing the videography, have been an absolute pleasure to work with over recent months, and have made the installation and ongoing management of our installation seamless.
The team go out of their way to satisfactorily deliver in life requests for artwork or technical advice.
The advertising screens delivered by Sam are first class, our Drone Flyover and Internal walkthrough tour videos are amazing, and Brad is only a phone call away to get insightful and friendly technical advice.
We couldn’t have asked for any more.

Had a fantastic day at Chesterfield Golf Club hosted by Clubhouse Sports Media. The team were all very welcoming and helpful on the day. The organisation and communication leading up to the event were also brilliant. The venue hosts also did a terrific job with the catering. Overall, a great experience.

The whole day was a complete success from start to finish starting with the welcome ,goodies and information about the course .
A brief non hard sell explanation of CSM then a great round of golf followed by an fabulous meal and presentation .
(Suggest you check the handicaps for the future ,94 points is an AMAZING SCORE ) !!

Good initial communication, which was very clear, and when we had a slightly challenge with the arrangements, CSM came up with a solution.

Myself and three directors were invited to a golf day at Chesterfield golf club. As soon as we walked into the lounge we were greeted with a warm welcome and told all about your company. We all had a great game of golf and a lovely meal.
We were not pressured into anything, all four of us had a great day and we would be interested in either hosting your company at Sitwell Golf Club or arranging a meeting to find more about your company

The whole day and the lead up to the day has been very very professional. The staff we extremely welcoming and helpful and the whole day had been very well organised. I have played in numerous golf days in my 50 years of golf and that ranks as one of the best

You are persistently using my email for purposes that were not intended and ignoring unsubscribe requests. This is disrespectful and consequently you deserve a one star review. You will continue to receive 1 star reviews for each occasion that you send me further emails

Constant spamming every couple of days. Never sign up and despite requesting to be unsubscribe they still keep emailing.

Constant spam as other have said. Check out their so called 5 star reviews you’ll see a pattern which isn’t right . Avoid is my opinion

Spam people who have not signed up for their service, clearly struggling for business and buying in any old data, always the sign of a terrible company.

As others have said constant spamming of emails without consent and been asked to stop. Obviously no GDPR in operation.

Spamming me every day. I've not signed up to anything. Clicking on links in unknown emails to unsubscribe feels like a dodgy fishing tactic so uncomfortable doing it. Tried contacting to unsubscribe many times.

Spam emails daily from this company they never stop harrasing for last few years

This company constantly send spam emails out daily. Using different domains it is a case of whack a mole to block. Good luck to the other people who are getting the ICO to investigate.

Anyone considering this company if you check their website there is no address. No registered address or company number.

From Start to finish the team at Clubhouse Sports Media looked after us. My guest and I had a great day and we look forward to working with Sam and the team in the future.
