5 Star Service
I use Club Taxis several times a year for my most important business trips. I know I can rely on them to be punctual and efficient. I like the friendly and intelligent service; they always think ahead and anticipate problems which can be helpful in these days of airport disruptions. I give them a 5 as they offer a 5 Star service.

There is no better driver in Amsterdam
I have been driven by Raoul since he began his company. I have found him to be the most reliable driver I know. He will be there 5 - 10 minutes ahead of schedule and he will only agree to pick ups that he can safely make.
His cars are clean and well maintained, while having the cheapest prices. As I look through reviews that are a one star, I have to wonder if the customers were conscious of the driver. His time, his effort.
I see so many times a sense of entitlement that drivers should be expected to wait without being notified, not respecting that every hour they wait, it comes at the driver's cost.
I write this email to share my appreciation for Raoul and his year's of service. It's a shame when people take the time to leave a one star review when, in fact, it was probably the customer who showed one star behaviour.

Vandaag een minder leuke ervaring met Raoul van Clubtaxi. Heenweg was prima. Keurig op tijd. Bij aankomst op Schiphol landen we keurig op tijd, duurt even voordat ik verbinding heb bij de gate (in het vliegtuig lukte niet). Na enige whatsapps heen en weer krijg ik een boze Raoul aan de lijn die zegt dat het niet zo wekt, omdat ik drie minuten te laat reageer op zijn app omdat we door de douane moeten. Lang verhaal kort Raoul laat ons in de kou staan en zegt doodleuk dat we zelf maar vervoer moeten regelen. Jammer en teleurstellend

Er was geen sprake van whatsapp op en neer, er was sprake van 30 minuten een onbeantwoorde app. En toen u eenmaal reageerde met een vraag (die met de instructies al beantwoord was) liep u weg van het gesprek. Terwijl het antwoord op uw vraag direct kwam, liet u weer uw gesprekspartner bungelen. Terwijl de kwestie niet was de tijd van landing, maar de bagage afhandeling die ook deze dag niet functioneert.
10.05 uw landing, 10.11 ontvangt u instructies. U reageert 10.43, terwijl de bagage dan al plus minus op de band had moeten zijn, en duidelijk was dat dit niet zou gebeuren. U reageert niet op Whatsapp, en laat tot vier keer toe telefoon eerst onbeantwoord. Ook als een planner u belt. Naar uw eigen zeggen was u met andere dingen bezig. Overeenkomstig de inschatting, maar niet conform de afspraak en normale omgangsvormen.
Er is geen ander taxibedrijf wat 2 uur kan gaan staan wachten, u heeft niet mee willen werken aan een oplossing. Eerste bagage is volgens Schiphol app om 12.09 op de band verschenen. U was niet in staat op de afgesproken tijd van 10.55 gereed te zijn, niet omgekeerd.
Bij gebrek aan medewerking is maar één oplossing mogelijk, de klant betaalt de heenweg niet, en stopt dat bedrag bij het budget voor taxi van standplaats. Dat wij monitoren betekent niet dat we slechts getuigen willen zijn van een ongeluk zonder invloed op de gevolgen.
Hoezo bent u in de kou gezet? U heeft zonder te wachten vervoer naar huis kunnen regelen zonder dat het u gekost heeft. Althans, ik lees niet dat u tekort gekomen bent, als ook geen aanbod het restant te voldoen. Mag u laten zitten. Anders nog iets?
Heel goede Schiphol service
Heel vriendelijke chauffeur en super van Clubtaxi om mee te denken hoe wij op tijd aan komen op Schiphol; vanwege de mogelijke vertraging op Schiphol en de boerenprotesten.
De communicatie was snel.
Clubtaxi is zeker aan te bevelen.

Disgraceful service
Disgraceful service, booked a taxi for 4am to the airport, no show, office not answering the phone, driver going to voicemail, at 4.30 had to drive to disworth, dump car and walk.

Great service.
Easy to book, reliable and on time. If you have children and you want a safe trip there is the option to add child seats. The price is great and the driver helped us loading and unloading the car.
Having this service during the covid was a great help!

Faultless service
I have used Club taxi twice. Once to pick me up at Schipol airport and take me to Den helder. Then a few days later to pick me up from Den helder and take me back to Amsterdam.
Booking via the website was easy.
The driver contacted me by sms as soon as I landed. No delay for the pick-up in either direction.
Car was in excellent condition and the driver was friendly and a careful driver.
Great service, reliable. I have no hesitation to recommend Club Taxi.

Taxi to the airport
Awesome service. The taxi driver (Raoul) came and picked me up on time. Really friendly and really good service. Raoul also offered me medical masks for the airport (first days of Corona-Virus in the Netherlands back then). I will use it again.
