Cluck has good payouts

My first experience with cluck I had to pay out. The second experience I had with cluck I had another payout. I also like to state that their customer service is honest and they honor their word they work with you the best of their abilities they make sure that you're informed with their situation and they look out for your best interest I would recommend playing on cluck anytime of the day and twice on Sunday....lol... But it comes down to us I play many many social sweeps platforms and this sits in the top five for me it's a new platform that hasn't been out too long and so far I've had zero complaints and positive outcomes and I recommend you try it as well thank you everybody and have a wonderful gaming experience

This just might be my new favorite site…

This just might be my new favorite site when it comes to the online sweeps. Customer service is fast and super helpful, you can feel the professionalism from every angle. i haven't even received my payout yet of a small win I obtained but just from the interaction I had with the agent I feel a bit more at ease and patient with the process and time it will take to fet winnings verified etc . I'm definitely a fan of this platform

Great selection of games

Great selection of games. I got $2 on the wheel once I verified and I got up to $100. Am redeeming for $85. We’ll see how it goes. I’ll update the star count. 🤞 cuz so far it’s pretty sweet.

Edit: I requested my redemption on Sunday night and all I’ve heard from them is a crappy email that says my redemption will be processed ‘very soon’. That was on Tuesday. We have very different opinions on what ‘very soon’ means. 🙄

Hey Lindsey,

Please let us know if you’ve now received the redemption - from what I can see it was approved the day you updated your review. We appreciate a 3 day gap for your first redemption is annoying, but the reason for this is that we pay out in crypto but we take card payments. Card payments are susceptible to fraud as you can imagine especially in the igaming industry. Therefore we need a couple of days to have our team check the inbound purchases so that we don’t end up with a fraudulent purchase that gets refunded that we then pay out winnings to, it’s about finding the right balance. Because of the rise in popularity of our site the redemption queue is slightly longer at the moment so in the last week or two we’ve been pushing the edge of that 3 day wait. We have put in place some internal changes to work to speed this process up and get the gap down on first time withdrawals but it’s an ongoing process - it does however have the advantage of letting us do what a lot of sites can’t, and that is allowing crypto and card purchases while remaining fully AML/KYC compliant. Rest assured though that your redemption is through and if you don’t mind could you update your review to inform everyone that this is the case once you confirm it.

Customer support is virtually…

Customer support is virtually non-existent. I have been attempting to verify for over a month now and have used the chat (AI?) to request assistance and am told that my request for assistance has been escalated and to expect a response via email by the appropriate department. After my first request for assistance I received 4 emails from them with the. Subject and body of the email blank. I replied to the messages and asked in their chat about this issue and was told that someone would contact me via email regarding my concerns. Never received welcome bonus because of verification issues. Terrible experience overall.

We use Sumsub which is the industry leader in KYC. As an iGaming platform we have our verification rules set very low compared to how you would KYC at a bank. But they do set some rules, for instance address verification has to be a bill or similar it won't accept bank statements and things of that nature for the address check.

I see you originally used an out of date document, and then after it failed you, your driving license, and then a bank statement. Unfortunately these aren't a valid proof of address. We accept your Verizon bill but the system had already auto failed you after 3 unsuccessful attempts.

We've reviewed your documents and manually approved you. We hope you try out our platform and have fun gaming with us!

Edit: they took care of the original issue.

They won’t verify my residential address since I signed up with them. I’ve tried endless times and sent multiple emails with all the required information. There are plenty of sites who are very competitive and they want to keep customers so they are swift to provide solutions.
This website won’t take care of a simple verification of an address even when I’ve provided 4 different documents for proof of address and customer service has just ghosted me. Their AI chat will create a ticket on your behalf to be forwarded to an agent, but the agent Liam hasn’t replied my emails 10 days ago.
I’d change my review just if they take care of a simple verification process. I don’t want to even imagine the redemption process must be a nightmare too.
Edit: I’m giving them 4 stars now because they took care of my residential address verification. But I bought with my debit card and made me redeem crypto, they should let you redeem to the original method of purchase. Also, I sent some AMOE, if they pay I’ll give them 5 stars. If they don’t pay, I’ll lower to 1 stars since the nature of a sweepstakes is the AMOE.

I've looked into this - and quite right for some reason your ticket was missed. I can't be sure why since it's the weekend but we'll look into it as a training matter. I appreciate that is an incredibly annoying thing to have happen.

You have tried several times to KYC including multiple resets from our support staff after exceeding retry limits. What I have done now though is reset your proof of address requirement. I've also then re-approved the liveness check and the ID that you uploaded to sumsub.

Could you please re-upload your proof of address (you used a bill for one of though that sumsub seems to have misread), if you do - please then email directly at support@cluck.us FAO David. I'll pick it up and get you approved all being well with the doc. That should solve matters and you can be on your way trying out our platform
