Orla our working cocker

Orla our working cocker loves the Salmon and Trout she's 10yrs old and everyone thinks she's a pup, so does she. Always looks in great condition and a bonus she loves the taste it's gone in seconds.

A great product

A great product. Our dog Jet has allergies, and the Lamb wet food has no carrot, essential for him. He loves it ❤ His bowl is empty in seconds, even with slow feeding bumps! The dry food is wonderful, he enjoys both the lamb and duck. More single protein please. Venison or Pork, hold the carrots! In all seriousness, bravo Clydach, his stomach is settled- no wind. I won't buy anything else. Thank you from Katie and Jet🐾

I paid extra for the next day's express…

I paid extra for the next day's express delivery of my puppy food as I had nearly run out. So ordered it on Thursday morning and received it Monday afternoon. Very distressing.

I am so sorry that you are still unhappy.

As soon as you contacted myself regarding your delivery I immediately looked into this and contacted yourself straight away and refunded the postage immediately.

I then sent you three further emails that day to ensure that you received your food and everything was in order and apologised profusely.

We care about our customers and do not like anyone to be unhappy.

Great food & the dogs love it

Great food & the dogs love it. Only issue I have is with packaging. The last 2 orders the cardboard box was falling apart. It needs to be packaged better.

Love them!

Excellent company providing excellent products. I am delighted to have found Clydach Farm products and my dogs are even more delighted! I'm so pleased that whilst I'm giving them treats they are of the highest quality and so healthy.
