Unprofessional hard-sell techniques
Not impressed with the hard sell techniques- not what I would expect from a professional organisation. I have recently moved our registered address to Clyde after the service we were using was discontinued. I already had a separate service we’ve were using for directors.
I suddenly received an email informing me that in the switch I had incorrectly linked the directors to the registered address and “to remain compliant” they would upgrade my service. Despite responding straight away to say this was an error on the register which I will correct, I found that they had already charged my credit card!
This is not what I expect from an organisation purporting to provide a professional service.
