I tried CMSVoice after struggling with online visibility. The setup was smooth and the concept is quite modern. I just wish the reporting dashboard had a bit more clarity.

These guys cold call my business constantly. This is 100% a scam. They will tell you that your company isn’t showing up on voice searches and you need to pay $220 activation and $20/mo to “register” and “stay in compliance with Apple and Google’s terms”. The most deceptive tactic I think is that they say they are contracted by, or representing Apple, Microsoft, Amazon, and Google.

I keep asking them to remove me from their call lists or to escalate my concern to a manager, but they just hang up and call back later. They are 100% a scam service. The one time I pretended to be interested they transferred me to a contract dept, where I asked to speak with manager. The "manager" got on the phone and cussed at me, calling me names and telling me that I was "not their customer, just some chump". Suffice to say, I am now keeping a record of their calls and the related phone numbers. I'm hoping I can figure out where their business is registered so I can press charges. If a rep would kindly reply with the business address I would really appreciate it.
