test was very easy to use, packaged well, test results came back within a week, lots of information and easy to understand. it was vey clear what i needed to do with the results. the talk with the nutrient dr was very helpful and informative.

I recently used CNSLab’s FoodPrint test after suspecting for a while that certain foods might be causing me problems.

Ordering the kit was simple and I was honestly surprised by how quickly it arrived. I was worried about taking the sample but it turned out to be really easy, and returning it was straightforward too.

The results came back in about a week and I was amazed by the amount of detail included. I now have confirmation of foods that may be an issue for me and will be avoiding to see how my health improves. It feels great to have clear answers!

The dietician from CNSLabs followed up quickly and the conversation was really helpful. I've began to implement some changes in my day-to-day and have a follow up call planned with the dietician in a few months so see how things are going.

I was recommended to take the food intolerance test by my Acupuncturist. I was a little sceptical as I was looking for support and help with migraines and didn’t feel it was triggered by food. The IgG food intolerance results were very enlightening. They showed high intolerance to dairy products and after meeting with Ana the nutritionalist, my results were explained and a plan was discussed to eliminate these foods moving forward, with a view of slowly re-introducing them 3 months later. This was super helpful and I feel confident that following the advice I have been given, will help reduce the triggers in the future. I would definitely recommend the test.

Went to a one day in person CNSLab Practitioner Workshop and it was very informative, the speakers were well knowledgeable and answered all questions thoroughly and were very helpful and friendly. It was amazing to get your own foodprint done and discuss it as well as see a practical side of the workshop. Thank you it was great and great value for money too.

CNS Lab established excellent communication throughout the whole process. Easily understandable and workable blood kit with instructions for use. Results were emailed and uploaded to my app within a few days. The app is very user friendly and displays results comprehensively. Fascinating appointment with the dietitian within a week … who helped mediate my dietary advice going forward based on my results.
