Sai and his team are inspiring
I attended Sai’s workshop and also listened to the replays in Skool — both were incredibly valuable. The content was practical, inspiring, and full of real insight. What impressed me most was the personalised support. Sai’s team went on to build a detailed report based on my personality and coaching journey, and then created a tailored coaching programme that felt completely aligned with who I am. Webinar was full of usable information with easy to follow step by step guides on how to implement the content. Really enjoyed the flow - didn't feel rushed and I especially loved how it didn't feel salesy. I felt like we were almost having a conversation as the engagement level was nice through the chat. I appreciated also how everyone's questions were responded to with clarity. I love that kind of support and respect of each person's need for clarification. I also appreciated the giveaways that were tastefully distributed throughout the presentation. I was a nice way to keep engagement. He practiced what he was showing us to do in that each point built upon the next and we were rewarded for taking action. The whole webinar was seamless. Had a very nice flow.

I attended a workshop with Sai and although he was under the weather, he was amazing and generous. The over delivery in this workshop actually surprised me and I immediately could tell that Sai loves helping people from a genuine place. That is not the norm these days so I had to write a review. I initially approached Coach Foundation thinking I’d pick up a few tips on building a coaching website and then do the rest myself. What I got instead was a complete business transformation. They actually overdelivered!

Ghosted for awhile... then finally contacted
Update - they have since contacted me. They claimed I entered my email wrong but I was sent a confirmation and had several email conversations with support - so they knew I was there then ghosted me. Finally someone contacted me and I have started the process. I understand things get lost - as long as you rectify the situation.

I attended a webinar in March 2025 and he was pitching his "Launch Accelerator" for $97 if you signed up immediately which I did. They said there was a waiting list and so I waited. I inquired in April and they said they were backed up and I should be in the program by end of April. Nothing happened. I inquired again in May and nothing - ghosted. Now $97 is not a lot of money but just the fact they scammed me out of it shows you the integrity of and his program..

After reviewing everything on our end, we found that during your initial sign-up, you entered a small but significant typo in the email address entered—it was registered as chritopher@... instead of christopher@...
Because of that, all access and communication were being sent to the incorrect address, which is why things appeared to go silent.
We had followed up twice a week inviting you to get onboarded, however this was on the email address with the error.
We were able to identify and correct the issue when you reached out to us on Facebook. Once we located the typo, we immediately updated your email and gave you full access, despite the delay. Your High Ticket and Niche reports were also completed as promised once everything was properly set up.
That said, we completely understand the frustration this experience may have caused.
As a gesture of goodwill, we’d be happy to refund your $97—and you’re still welcome to keep access to the program. just email us at services@coachfoundation.com

FANTABULOUS to put it mildly
I've attended more webinars from Sai Blakbyrn than I can remember. Each webinar would be so packed full of genuine content that it could be made into a course.
When the opportunity came to join Launch Accelerator, I leaped at it, and I have not regretted it.
There is a considerable amount of training provided, all of it easy to follow. if you have a question or a problem, you can ask your account manager, contact support, or leave it for one of Sai's weekly Q&A sessions.
I had my site built, and I love it. Normally, you would have to purchase extras such as an autoresponder and funnel software. In this case, everything that you will need is provided for you. And how could I forget the course building platform, their help to identify and hone in on your niche, they even help you to get started with your course.
And talking of courses, thanks to the invaluable help of Coach Accelerator, I have finally started work on my own course. Something that I have wanted to do for a long, long, long, long time.
Not forgetting the need for clients! Without clients, you have no business. Coach Foundation has a rather neat way of helping you to find them.
Needless to say, I cannot rate Launch Accelerator highly enough! Given everything that you are provided with, the training, and the support, you'll be hard pushed to find a better program to help you too breathe life into your dreams.

Incredible Value
The Launch Accelerator program is an amazing value. For those looking to bring their coaching business online or start it from scratch, this done-for-you system knocks out all the tricky tech in just a few days.
You get a detailed market research report, lead magnet, email autoresponder sequences, and a basic website built on a popular funnel software. I was really blown away by the quality of the output. My niche is unusual and no one out there is doing what I do, so I didn't think they would get the gist of my market right. I expected the content would need a lot of reworking, but I was happily wrong. The lead magnet is nearly perfect and the website only needed a few small tweaks.
I have already recommended this program to 2 of my coaching clients, who just need a jumpstart through all the basic tasks of creating a solid online presence. Now they can focus on the coaching work they are good at, instead of the marketing that is often a struggle. No more talking about lead magnets and sales funnels and email list building, Coach Foundation set all that up for them.

$97 Launch Accelerator is amazing!
I took $97 Write a Bestseller 4-week program and it was OK. The $97 (one-time fee) Launch Accelerator, though, is amazing! It has all the features needed to launch a coaching business: the website is optimized to get potential clients as far into the sales funnel as possible and is preloaded with mediocre AI content customized to the business so it can start selling immediately. Mediocre might sound bad but this is far better than nothing and you can replace it with your own content at your convenience. The UI for changing your site is powerful but kind of janky; you can also submit a form to have them make changes if you aren't technically minded.

If You Want Your Dreams Crushed and Your Life Ruined, Buy the Coach Foundation Bestselling Author Programme!
The main point of this review is to advise that this company appears to lack integrity & has no qualms with taking control of intellectual property & keeping the proceeds of sales after charging way too much for an inferior service.
Brace yourself, it's a long and depressing story.
Initially, I signed up for a free session in May 2023 & was spammed incessantly with emails from [removed due to company complaint about using a word in the company name] that I couldn't unsubscribe from.
Then a prearranged call was cancelled at the last minute, (just over an hour beforehand). I'd stayed up late for the call and found the last-minute cancellation very unprofessional.
A few months later, I joined the Breakthrough Author Live Sessions, which admittedly were helpful, but a promised gift from the sessions was never delivered, even after follow ups.
Despite that, I stupidly joined the Breakthrough Author Programme; the single worst decision of my life. $10,000 was taken, in 5 payments from Aug to Nov 2023, then a dream of writing a book was turned into a year & a half long nightmare ending with the company profiting off my hard work.
I finished writing my book in Sep 2023, but it wasn't published until Jan 2025 due to technical issues, unexplained delays, poor editing, poor design and constantly ignored messages.
The accelerator platform doesn't function as it should. In many instances completed modules & uploaded documents were 'lost' but I wasn't advised until months later. It would often take weeks for staff to find the missing documents.
As for the cover design, I described exactly what I wanted, in detail, but the designer completely ignored that and sent through some absolutely horrible options. Several Times. In the end, I had to do a mockup example and still the designer couldn't get it right.
Writing was completed in Sep 2023, but a viable cover design didn't materialise until Jul 2024. That's almost a year wasted on a design I'd succinctly stated from the start. Surely a business with integrity wouldn't charge thousands to deliver delays and terrible service?
In Aug 2024, I voiced concerns about these issues & 'bonuses' were offered to make up for the trouble, but of course, never delivered. Even after I chased them up several times.
At some point, mistakes started getting edited into the manuscript, which meant I ended up editing the book as well. That was part of the 'service' I had paid for! Who charges for a service then makes the customer do some of the work?
Even after too many rounds of edits to count, there are still mistakes present in the book, which doesn't say much for the company's attention to detail. It also looks very unprofessional & is extremely disappointing.
As if that wasn't bad enough, there have been reports from customers that the ePub is full of formatting mistakes. These include errors in tables and no aspect ratio causing distorted graphics. Many of these mistakes were ones I picked up but was assured that the book displayed properly in Kindle.
Also, despite the fact that I provided high resolution images and graphics for the book, readers have advised that they are low resolution in the ePub.
Summary of main issues:
* Promised gift from Breakthrough Author Sessions not received
* Several technical issues with accelerator platform.
* Book design took almost a year as notes were constantly ignored.
* Editing of book was a fiasco. Mistakes were constantly edited into manuscript.
* It took a year and a half to publish the book after the writing was done.
* Promised bonuses not delivered.
* ePub file full of errors, including low resolution images, incorrect formatting of tables and no aspect ratio, causing display issues.
Now, the kicker...
They published my book on their account, (without permission or warning), & now refuse to hand over control to me. Why would a company that doesn't intend to take your sales money do that?
Essentially, they took $10,000 for the provision of extremely sub-par service & are now receiving proceeds from someone else's work.
They say that I stopped making payments, which is completely untrue. I have bank statements proving I did, as well as assurances from the bank that the company made no attempt to debit my card after Nov 2023.
The burning question; if payments stopped in 2023, why wait until Jan 2025, (14 months later), to decide that I'd stopped making payments? What kind of business runs that way?
As soon as I sent an email requesting a partial refund for the terrible service and non-delivery of promises, I was, unsurprisingly, ghosted.
Once the company has your money, they don't care about your circumstances or providing promised services.
Please don't waste your time & money on a company that overcharges but doesn't deliver & ghosts you when you raise concerns.

Clarifying the Facts & Setting the Record Straight
We regret that this client had a disappointing experience and has chosen to share it in this way. However, we must clarify several factual inaccuracies to protect the integrity of our team and the trust of our community.
1. Client Did Not Complete Payment
This client enrolled in our Bestselling Author Program for $10,000, with a clear, written agreement:
$5,000 upfront
$1,000/month for five months
Only $6,500 of the $10,000 was paid. The final successful payment was made in November 2023. After that, multiple attempts to collect the remaining balance failed—with failed transactions and cancellations on file. These attempts were not only made but documented.
Despite non-payment, we continued to support this client through early to mid-2024, well beyond what our policy requires. To claim that we ghosted her the moment she raised concerns is simply not true—we extended substantial support after she was no longer paying.
2. Publishing Rights & Ownership
When clients fulfill their contract in full, they receive full publishing control and royalties. When a client stops paying and still wishes to move forward with their book, we reserve the right to publish under our account. This is clearly stated in our internal policies and was communicated.
The client’s claim that their book was published “without permission” is inaccurate—the process moved forward as a courtesy despite unpaid dues. Had payments been completed, full rights and royalties would have been transferred without issue.
3. Quality, Delays, and Custom Support
While the client describes a range of concerns around editing, design, and timelines, it’s important to note:
A new copyeditor was assigned based on their feedback.
We provided custom Press on Demand (getting international media placements for the client) services at no extra cost.
Their book was published in color, despite our black-and-white standard—another exception we made specifically to support them.
The timeline delays referenced occurred after services were paused due to non-payment. Naturally, work cannot continue at full pace if a client is in default.
4. Gifts and Bonuses
Some additional bonuses and gift items were offered during live sessions and promotions. These are not part of the contracted deliverables, and while we aim to deliver on all promises, they are not a basis for a $10,000 dispute. Still, we recognize this may have added to their dissatisfaction, and we’ll continue working to improve internal communication.
Conclusion: Integrity Works Both Ways
We remain committed to our values of service, support, and client success. But integrity requires both parties to honor their agreements. In this case, we delivered significant work despite incomplete payment—and unfortunately, when expectations continued to rise while payments ceased, a misalignment was inevitable.
For those considering working with us: when both sides collaborate in good faith and complete their commitments, we produce outstanding results.
