The bus arrived promptly at pick up location with a phone call to confirm arrival. guests enjoyed a smooth ride to drop off location. and then were promptly picked up at the conclusion of the event. Communication was great with service to match.

Reliability and within a short turn around. I also had to make an adjustment with my booking and Johhny was very helpful and the cost wasn't extreme. They were very helpful with the service. Would book with these guys in future.

Right from the very first contact I had with CoachHire I found them to be prompt and polite with their replies to me. Also on the day of travel the coach/driver was very punctual which was important to the club as we had to be punctual as well. The coach was very modern and comfortable. A big positive for us was how reasonable the price was. A great experierince, and a company I would strongly recommend to anybody.

All staff members were very helpful, the driver was very punctual on collection and return. the bus was in immaculate condition, and would love to use the services again.

Prompt arrival of busses, excellent communication prior to and on the day, cheap prices. Can't ask for more.

Our transport was cancelled the DAY BEFORE the event. With no real explanation or even an apology. Very inconvenient and disappointing. Would never use (or recommend) this service again.

Great customer service and coaches.
We arranged multiple bookings throughout a 2 day period for different pick up and drop off points.
The customer service staff ensured we had the coaches we needed and were available at anytime if we had any questions. The coaches were clean and arrived on time.

Driver Rick was on time and very friendly the whole day.
Customer service kept me up to date with all correspondence leading up to the day.
Will definitely use again.

Driver did a good job. He was punctual. Nice, clean van.

Booking system and customer service team made booking a pub crawl very easy and stress free. Coach Hire driver was friendly and punctual which made the day run smoothly. Highly recommend.

I have used Coach Hire on numerous occasions. They are always on time, payment is easy, buses are great and they put up with people after the races! I will continue to use them and would highly recommend.

Keith was excellent to deal with. His communication was great and made the whole booking process so easy. We will definitely be booking with Coach Hire again.

We reached out to CoachHire after contacting several other providers and they were exceptional. Quick quote process, extremely competitive pricing and were great to deal with in the lead up when confirming numbers for the event. Would definitely use again!

CoachHire was quick at responding to my enquiry for transporting 40 people for a work site visit for the whole day. The manager did well to tailor the booking to my needs as we had many different stops on the day itself.

This was also followed with a friendly and cheerful bus driver on the day. We did encounter a hiccup in the morning due to the various addresses being provided, however due to the bus driver arriving early, all issues were avoided and the driver could get to the right meetup point with time to spare.

The bus provided was luxurious and comfortable. It was definitely a bus you could snooze through comfortably on a long drive. I did see a few people dozing off in the short 5 to 10 minute drive from stop to stop.

One down side I experienced was when I wanted to clarify things with the manager that provided me with the quote before I complete payment due to some slight changes in the days itinerary. The person on the phone told me that the manager was busy at the moment. Instead of asking me to call back or telling that they will get back to me. He was just being insistent that I completed my payment right away. Hopefully the person on the line does get better training and learns how to listens to people's concerns and not just keep thinking about getting the money.

At the end of the day, I will still be going back to CoachHire as first choice provided for future bus services. Thank you.

The driver was very prompt and polite. We were driven to several locations and got picked up on time. Great day out.

I recently had the pleasure of booking a coach for a business event, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. From the moment I reached out to Kyle, our Travel Advisor, he was incredibly patient and helpful. Despite the numerous changes I had to make to our booking, Kyle remained easy to deal with and ensured everything was taken care of. On the day of the event, our driver Sean arrived well before our scheduled pick-up time, both to and from the venue. Although I didn\\'t personally travel on the bus, my team informed me that it was clean, comfortable, and provided a seamless experience for them. This allowed everyone to have a great night without any transportation worries. I must mention that the value for money was outstanding. Considering the level of service we received, the price was more than reasonable. It's safe to say that we will definitely be using your services again for future events. Thank you to Kyle, Sean, and the entire team for making our business travel so seamless!

I recently had the pleasure of using this coach company for a corporate event and I must say, their service was exceptional. Keith Vincent was instrumental during the booking process, making everything seamless and stress-free. On the day of the event, despite some unforeseen delays and issues at the venue, our driver Mokhtar was nothing short of a superstar, handling everything with utmost professionalism and helpfulness. The value for money was evident, and the overall experience left me extremely satisfied. I'll definitely be opting for their services in the future.
