The engagement with coalition was disappointing. They had 22 people on our kickoff call, all billing us for the time. with 22 people assigned, we did not have any project manager or coordinator. It was confusing and very little progress was made. the engagement was short because we couldn't get any usable product or a cadence going with them. their approach is pretty terrible and I am unsure how they finish any projects. When we asked for an escalation call to request better support, the managers on the call remained on mute and didnt offer any suggestions for improvement. When we asked for a refund on the over billing, they said they will stand by the terms in the contract. A vendor needing to rely on the terms of the contract vs doing good work is always a bummer. This organization wasted my time, and my teams time AND over billed us at the same time.

Worked with this company and spent nearly $75,000 for Web Design and SEO work.

The work they did was absolutely awful. The design was not great but passable.

The SEO was basically throwing money in the trash. The arciles they wrote were not targeted to keywords, they produced absolutely no new leads, traffic, or keyword rankings for $50,000 of SEO work. Stay far away from this company.

They built us a new website from the ground up. Then, their Marketing, SEO, and PPC teams took over. We are incredibly pleased that we have chosen to work with Coalition Technologies at Lea Black Beauty.
