Dreadful service
Dreadful service. Was assured I would get a call on 09/06/25 to arrange the job. Nothing heard. Chased them up and finally got hold of them. Made an appointment for today 13/06/25. Got a call this morning at 9.30 to say they would be here in half an hour. Then heard absolutely nothing all day. No response to messages left on voicemail, texts or WhatsApp messages. The only thing that finally got a response was when I left a bad review on their Facebook page. Told me they had had to take their child to hospital (but clearly didn’t think about sending a quick text to let their customer know) Cannot believe the utterly dreadful service from this company. Took a day off work and it’s been totally wasted.
Find someone reliable because this lot are certainly not.

The abusive reply to the review will tell you all you need to know.
1. Did they call to say they were on their way at 9.38am? Yes.
2. Did they say they would be with us in half an hour ? Yes.
3. Did they then arrive after half an hour? No
4. Did they turn up at any point during the day of the appointment? No
4. Did they make contact at any point during the day to apologise and explain why they hadn't turned up? No
5. Did they then send abusive texts after a review was left detailing their poor customer service? Yes (Evidence available).
6. Do they think that leaving abusive responses to reviews shows them in a good light? Who knows.
7. If they had only let me know they weren't going to turn up, apologised and made an alternative arrangement for the job would we have agreed? Absolutely.
8. Would we now recommend them? Absolutely not. Abusive and unreliable and unable to accept that they let a customer down really badly.
