The product took a very long time to arrive, even though I completed my full address on the order. The 15 litres you are meant to achieve, never materialised using the instructions on the packaging. 9 liters was the maximum volume achieved. Suffice to say I will NOT be ordering from you again.

The website is easy to use, the rewards system is very useful and the product ( Coir Compost - 75L - 100% organic) is excellent and delivery is also good.

The purchase delivery and everything was very smooth. Plus I love the product.

Terrible glitchy website led to me accidentally inputting the wrong address. I tried calling repeatedly to ask them to change the delivery address or give a refund. However no one answers their phone at anytime. It was also not possible to leave voicemail as their inbox was full. I emailed to ask them to change the address or cancel the order. They replied assuring me they would change the address. Shortly after this they sent me an email saying the order had been dispatched. When I checked I saw they hadn't changed the address, even though they had assured me they would. I then emailed them for a refund. Eventually they emailed to say they were sending me a replacement order (which I had not asked for). I waited for a week but got no dispatch notification. I emailed to ask if the replacement order was being dispatched. They emailed to say no order was being dispatched. I emailed for clarification and they just ignored me. I was excited to try their product but their customer service is terrible. Their website is also rough. If you want this product I'd buy it elsewhere, or order similar products from other suppliers.

On time delivery. Repeat order because previous purchase (all purpose compost) was great - as per the Which? review, works well as a sowing compost with high germination rates and strong plants.
