The worst quality product and service
Expensive items, terrible quality, no customer service. The items advertised are not what are received. Be very careful when looking via Instagram. Not a professional business at all. Be very careful !
Every one star review has been replied to claiming items were purchased months ago and that they have tried to help, this is not accurate information. Such a shame.

Classic response, no customer service or responsibility taken. Dates aren't even correct.
I advise to avoid this company. Id love to attach photos of the 'product'. I will continue to support genuine small businesses, not this.

This is not what we like to hear and we will take your feedback onboard.
I can see you returned an item to us 5 months after purchase, the item had been worn with all labels and tags removed. This falls out of time of our returns policy which is 28 days.
The items we advertise and showcase are of the items we sell, you can see more images of these pieces via our socials and also tagged posts as we often showcase our amazing customers in our pieces.

Bought some pants after seeing them on…
Bought some pants after seeing them on Instagram, really poor quality for £50. Returned them immediately and almost two weeks later still waiting on a refund. Had an email that states my return had arrived back with them and it can take 14 working days after that for the refund to be received - always seems a bit unfair to wait this long for money back and it would put me off ordering again.
Reading the other reviews this is common practice - why not issue the refund at the same time as sending a message to say you’ve received it? Avoid.
After their reply - hiding behind ‘terms and conditions on our website’ is lame. You want people to support small businesses but hanging onto people’s money for as long as possible for your own cash flow is unethical.

After looking into your account we can see that we did only receive your returned order only a matter of 6 working days ago and our return policy has always been 14 working days. The terms and conditions are available on our website prior to purchase. We always work within these terms.
We are also sorry to hear that our best selling balloon trousers were not suitable for you. We welcome returns for any products which are not suitable.

Ordered two of the same dress in…
Ordered two of the same dress in different sizes as it was my first time shopping here. Both items arrived packaged well. I felt the sleeves were a whole lot puffier in real life compared to the photos on the website so this just meant the dress didn't suit me or my body at all.
Returned both dresses and received an email to say they had been received and a refund would be processed but can take up to 14 working days. This seems like a long time to wait for a refund of quite a substantial amount of money. Have since ordered and returned an item with another company and had my refund back in my account within 2 days.
It's been 7 working days so I'm hoping my money returns soon.

14 working days is the maximum time we ask to allow as standard, however refunds are always processed quicker. We can see in this instance that the refund was processed 6 working days after we received the returned order.

Hi Mark, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. It's a shame to hear that one of our styles wasn't suitable for you. We do have a returns policy in the event that any items are not quite right.
We can see from your account that we received and acknowledged your returned order on 8 January and today is 12 January. We kindly ask to allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be processed, however this is only the maximum time we ask to allow. Refunds are processed quicker.

Always 5 star service from start to…
Always 5 star service from start to finish. Clothing is of great quality and looks fab on. The one time I had to send an item of clothing back the service was great and even got an apology email, which I’ve never experienced before. Will continue to order from here love the clothes.
