Jag köpt ett keratin därifrån och mitt hår blev som vanligt igen efter att jag duschat alltså deras produkter funkar inte sen så skyller de på att deras produkter bara är som vitamin för hårtet, rekommenderar inte alls

Very disappointed, they've changed stylist and the result on my hair is very poor. Very rushed service.Unfortunately I won't be back after being a loyal customer of Sylvia's for many years.She was the best Hopefully she will return .

I had low expectations and I’m happy to say that I’m blown away by results. My hair is straight, soft and super shiny. Pre treatment My hair is usually still fluffy after blow drying and I have always had to use straightener. I’m pleased to say that all I need now is a round brush and I get super smooth results and it takes about 3 mins to blow dry my hair. I no longer need straightener. This is a game changer and I love my friend for recommending this. I had it done in a salon. My hair hasn’t looked this good in 15 years (pre kids)

I have used it twice. I won’t use it again. The first time, 2 years ago, the hair started to get soft waves right after the first wash. One week later, the fluffy frizzy curls were back, just slightly softer and shinier. The hair was still sensitive to humindity.
Now the second time, with the treatment being done 3 weeks ago, the hair was very thin and straight right after the first wash. Then it started to wave. By day 3 after the first wash the frizzy tight curls were 80% back. Just shinier. I went back to the salon and they refunded me with 50% of what I had payed, saying that the hair ”is shinier”. Yes, it is. But they had promised an almost straight and very smooth result. Which it is nowhere near.
There are other keratin brands that give WAY better results. Unfortunately they tend to get re-branded with less satisfying formulas after a while (due to forbidden ingedients). Or they give a poke straight super flat hair, with a permanent result that will grow out.
Therefor - still looking for something worth the money. To me, Cocochoco is however not giving a satisfying result.

It's a shit chemical al mijn head skin burned, wounded, even neck and part of face skin destroyed! I should say don't let these products to use!!!

I am a hairdresser for over 35 years. My hair has always been wavy and frizzy and thick. I used the cocochoco gold keratin treatment. Each time my hair is smooth, shiny and much more manageable. The product must be applied as the directions state, otherwise it can go wrong. I apply methodically as stated. A great product highly recommend. Smelt slightly, eyes were not affected after got used to the smell.

The product is really good it works makes hair softer and healthy looking but the smell of it burnt my throat my nose and my eyes its really toxic for the whole 3 hours my eyes was in tears and my throat was burning it should be illegal. Why do they have to make it like that

I have done keratin blowout on my hair twice now and the first time I went to a season that only does keratin treatment and had organic keratin imported from Brazil . They said it would last anywhere between 6 to 8 weeks but if I maintain it properly it could last for 3 months. It was the best thing I've ever ever tried and it did last me 3 months. Now the second time I tried cocochoco at a different salon and I can sincerely say THIS PRODUCT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!!!!! I HAVE NEVER SUFFERED THIS MUCH OF MIGRAINE AND EYE BURN IN MY LIFE. I honestly don't know what this is made of, it's my first day with it and it's affecting my life as I'm tearing constantly even after treatment and this headache doesn't go away.

I'm considering going on every single social media platform to complain about this product as it's horrifying. MY EYES ARE BLEEDING!!! imagine a peroxide intoxication but 100 times worse!!!

I love this product , its been a game changer for me , I wouldn't say that it straightens my hair, but it reduces frizz and makes it shiny. I can easily do it my self at home and decide how much to apply. I wouldn't recommend applying it on roots if you have thin hair because you do loose volume. But if you want less volume go for it . You need to be patient those 3 days when applying not to wash your hair but once you do it comes out lovely. I recommend the conditioner for maintenance, tends to last longer.

I am so upset at this company. I literally received a box stuffed with packing paper and no product. I took photos and sent an email. They have responded with a screenshot of an open box with the product in it saying there is no way this could have happened. I feel awful and accused. It is a high end product and I paid good money for absolutely NOTHING. Nothing has been resolved. I am left with no product and out of pocket. I do not know how this has happened but it's real and it's disgraceful. I would advise staying clear of buying from this company unless you have enough money to gamble and receive emails refusing to take responsibility

I ordered cocochoco Original Keratin Treatment 1000ml and clarifying shampoo 400ml boths came with no expiry dates! It like someone did it on purpose!
The costumer service was rude when i asked them to be refunded and they send me picture of box from them stock that i didn't trust and then they said i have opened the seals of the Keratin box not the bottle and ofcourse i did because the expires date wasn't on the box neither on the bottles very very disappointed!! ! When i emailed cocochoco again saying that i can send back the product they gave me adress but they way this refund i don't trust them now i will pay mayself to send a heavy dangerous product to them !!!
Imagine spending more than 100£ on products with no expiry date can someone trust to use it in them hair !!!

A recent trip to the hairdresser for a relaxer, left may hair broken and damaged! I was so upset as my hair is normally in lovely condition and the damage was most of the hair so it wasn't something a little hair cut would cure. I had been told about Cocochoco Brazilian Gold Blow dry and decided to give it a go! It has saved my hair!! I have spent the last 2 months really stressed everytime I washed my hair - I had to dry it and watch it breaking so I was worried about trying this. I LOVE IT!!! After one treatment my hair is amazing, it has stopped breaking - it is smooth and soft and most of all... silky straight. I am mixed race and have naturally frizzy hair, no defined curl... just frizz this review is absolutely one to read. I have tried many many products and I am now 4 weeks down the line from my Gold Keratin treatment and it is still amazing. Washing my hair is no longer a dread, it is finally something to look forward too.

No customer service. A marketing person responds to emails and is very unprofessional. My items did not arrive and went back to them.The company tried everything to keep the money. Luckily I paid through paypal and they were resolved the issue (the simple issue of a refund lasted weeks).
