Yes order lost..and 6 days later still do not have.
Trying to cancel as bday past and no follow up on request.

I bought a ring for a friend and the quality was great! The ring is beautiful and she loves it!
Unfortunately, it was too big. I contacted them. The customer service response time was very fast! They were willing to make things right for me, even though it wasn’t their fault.

I ordered two morse code bracelets and only received one. After I was asked to provide a picture of received bracelet and it’s packaging , I did so and - I was told the other half of my order would be expediently sent. I am still waiting. The bracelet received is defective and you are not able to adjust strings to open and put on. I requested via email to return three times and finally was told by Sarah, to return - providing picture and tracking back to company at my own expense. I even requested a manager to review our email thread. Request was ignored. This is unacceptable. The entire exchange was unprofessional and mishandled. Buyer beware.

Customer service needs to be improved. I received my order,2 rings, both faulty. Asked to send photos which I promptly did and hey ho not heard anything back from them not even an acknowledgment to my email. Their reply back when I first complained was very prompt, which led me to believe they are very efficient, how wrong was I. Still waiting to hear from them with a full refund, or correct replacements. I bought the rings for Mother’s Day in the UK, which will be missed now due to their lack of follow through. The goods are not fit for purpose…
So after lovecoco jewely read my review, their reply, was they had not received my email showing the photos of the wrong and broken rings. I have emailed with the photos. What a surprise, a delaying tactic if ever I saw one, plus the reply email address was a different one to the first email address!!! Scam company

I ordered the mother and daughter birthstone rings for myself and my three daughters as a gift for our special occasion. They absolutely loved them and wear them everyday as I do as well. They are a perfect reminder that we are always there for each other and our love is forever.

Scam company. They’ll charge you for your order immediately, but won’t actually process the order. Then when you reach out for information on said order, or to get a refund, they refuse to respond. I have proof of purchase, proof the order was placed, and yet they still refuse to acknowledge the situation. At the current rate, it looks like legal action will take place. Insane how unprofessional this “company” is.

I ordered 2 rings for my daughters and they arrived super quick. One was too small and Love Coco Jewelry’s customer service is top notch! They expeditiously got a replacement on the way!!

I was very excited to order the mother/daughter heart ring for my daughter for Valentine's Day. It came on time, and it was perfect. We have matching tattoos of two hearts, and when I saw this ring, I had to get it for her. They are perfect together! She loved it! Thank you "lovecocojewelry.com"!

Unfortunately, the ring I bought my daughter for Valentine's Day didn't fit and the team was willing to send me a replacement without me sending the smaller size back. I plan to gift it to another who can use it for their child. Great customer service AND my daughter is very excited about her ring.

CocoJewelry has been great! I had a glitch originally where the shipping was not showing as free. I sent customer service a message and without question they were quick to respond with a refund for the shipping amount. The package arrived quickly as well. I got it just in time to surprise my long distance bestie with matching rings. Unfortunately the size that I chose for her ended up not fitting any of her fingers well. Once again customer service came to my rescue! They’re sending a replacement ring in her actual size and we are both beyond grateful for their kindness. We’re very much looking forward to sporting our matching bestie rings once the new one arrives! Thank you Coco Jewelry! Will definitely be a repeat customer!

I got my girls the wrong size and they were generous enough to ship a new size priority shipping with a quick response.

I had a few issues with getting the right ring size for me and honestly they were so incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend

I had ordered the Daisy ring for my daughter for Valentine’s Day & it ended up being too small for her. I had reached out to them & explained to them that I would like to exchange it for a bigger size. They got back to me the same day & offered to replace the ring.

I Ordered the black roses ring from coco jewelry. I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Their customer service was excellent. They quickly replied to me and sent out a new ring right away. I received it in a few days. I’m very impressed with the customer service, the ring was fantastic great detail.

I absolutely love this ring - it sparkles in light - and fits in among my other jewellery well. It also has a sentimental meaning now.
