Nice photo all swimwear,but quality is so bad.Refund just 20 proc.Terrible company never again.

Did not realise this was not a UK company and did not read reviews before I bought. Clothing arrived and was far too big and contacted them to return. 4 emails on with them offering 20/30/40/50% refund and suggesting I keep the items and sell them on to someone else. I have no idea if I will get any money back but will keep trying. Will not be buying anything again from this company.

Avoid avoid avoid. Cheap tat. Called it shapewear and you could actually see through it it was so thin.

Absolutely dreadful, utter rubbish products! And impossible to return! I have exchanged more than 10 emails asking for their return address, and they keep on offering to give me 20%, 30% back…when I clearly stated I wanted to return most items as they are of very poor quality and I just want my money back! Never again!

I thought they were Uk based, but should’ve known better and checked before ordering! Mistake I will never make again.

I’m following someone’s suggestion here as I paid with a credit card, and hopefully be able to get my money back!

Not worthy of even 1*, you will see my earlier post below, still not had a returns lable altho they keep emailing me saying they will pay me 20% refund, then 30%, now 50%. This company, if they can call themselves that, need taking to the wall. I am taking this further, watch this space

This company is terrible to deal with. I also wish I had read the reviews on trust pilot before I purchased some swimsuits. They are not to be trusted and make it almost impossible to speak to anyone or return an item at a great cost to you. I received the swimwear and it was of poor quality and not to the size guide they recommend on their website. They do not enclose a returns form and they ask you to contact their customer service. No one one ever replies to your messages. I first of all went through a mediator online, which is free, called Resolver.co.uk. They send a message on your behalf. I got a reply from Cocosummer offering to give me 30% and keep the goods. I also managed to get a reply on their Facebook through messenger. They increased their offer but still would not sent me the return details. At this point and after at least 15 attempts to resolve it myself, I contacted my credit card company and filled in a chargeback form with photos of emails etc. Today I was refunded the full amount from the bank and they are working on my behalf. Coincidently on the same day Cocosummer did sent me the returns address which is USA and it would cost me £25 to post the items back . I messaged them to say the bank was dealing with it. You cannot trust that they will refund you even after they receive the goods. I hope this has helped other people who are in the same position. If you do want to return an item here is the correct address. The only address they accept returns. IT MUST BE TRACKED.

Tried to purchase a Tankini from Cocosummer got to put my card details in and confirm payment then the site froze,tried again to pay site froze thought no more of it ,went on my banking app next day 2 payments had been taken from cocosummer tried emaiking twice no reply,now going to my bank to try and recover money ,don't trust this site at all.

Absolutely awful product are cheap quality not like the photos, then you can not return them customer service do not answer you back with instructions for a return. Absolute pure scam and should be closed down DO NOT BUY FTOM THEM.

I decided to look for reviews after waiting for over 3 weeks so far for my tankini…I wish I’d read these reviews before buying (I will not make that mistake again!). I have sent numerous emails with no response and honestly after reading these I’m doubtful I will receive them! Do NOT purchase from this company!

Have emailed them over 12 times to ask for refund label. No response ! Do not order from this website it is a scam. I wish I could write a review on their actual website to warn others. Am trying to get my money back via my credit card company now.

Avoid avoid and avoid some more. This company is not legitimate. It trades under a UK domain, yet they are based in China.
They don’t send a returns label with the items in case you need to return them. The items are of very poor quality and not at all as described. You cannot get your money back. I wouldn’t even give it one star as it doesn’t deserve it. The reviews here are absolutely genuine. So if you don’t want the same thing happening to you then please don’t give them your hard earned cash. I’ve reported them to UK Trading standards

After ordering I read the reviews, and was extremely worried that I wouldn't even receive the tankini I,d ordered. It took a few week to arrive but what I received I was over the moon with. it was true to size, well made and a great price. I would definitely order again.Not sure about the returns policy probably non existent, but I was very happy with my purchase

Just a note to say Cocosummer and Cocossummer *2s'* are different companies. However after 2 months of arguing with Cocossummer I have finally been given a returns address! Hopefully this will be of some help to others!!

It is a complete scam. I wish I'd read these reviews before buying. I bought through their other website pinksummer but it is the same company. The swimsuit didn't fit even though I'd bought the correct size and they refused to give me a full refund or allow me to send the item back saying it was too expensive to send back to their warehouse in USA.
I got a refund via my credit card thankfully and then the company tried to get the money again by fraudulently using my credit card a second time.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I echo everything already said, they are a disgraceful scam and it’s extremely worrying that a site like klarna would associate themselves and offer their services as you will either not get your goods or not get your money back (or both)

Took over a month or so to arrive! I wouldn’t normally pay this much for a bodysuit but it was false advertisement! It’s supposed to be body shape bodysuit but do not look anything or even close as advert! Cheap, thin horrible material. I would never wear it. Sent 10+ emails and no response! They are a scammer!

I would give no stars if I could. I have been trying to return an item that took 4 weeks to arrive as I would be done for indecent exposure if I left the house in it!!! After sending 15 emails still no response!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS
