Don’t do it! Worst mistake, total loss of money as they refuse to give refunds, even when online says they do.

Didn’t want to give even 1 star but you have to rate. Really wish I had looked on here first but you live and learn.

I ordered 3 body suits at the total of £31. Items were shocking. Poor quality, too short in the body. I about pulled a muscle trying to do the bloody things up lol. Anyways, I emailed to arrange a return and full refund and they confirmed they can’t except a refund and return as they were the items I had ordered. I pushed it and expressed this isn’t acceptable and they offered me a £5 good will refund. I’m fuming!!!! I’m still fighting it but really can’t see a positive outcome here

Shame you don’t have a negative button. Ordered some tops using their size recommendations for a holiday. Arrived over a month later while I was on holiday and they were too big. They have offered me £4 and suggested I give them to my friends. I have told them I wish to return with a full refund. At the moment I am waiting for a reply….save your money

I would give them zero if I could!! I’m going to complain to Consumer Rights, I think everyone that left a bad review should. This company are crooked, running their company illegally and DO NOT adhere to their returns and refunds policy, which is illegal!! Do not buy, shut them down!

Do not buy from here! - why didn't I check Trustpilot first? The item arrived in a reasonable time. I ordered a size M, I'm a size 10, it's shapewear, but it was way too big. The fabric was cheap and thin - even in a smaller size, this would never be shapewear. The website says they accept returns within 14 days of receipt, but they email back and forth, not providing the returns process, to try to get you to keep the item. They even suggested that it would be a lovely gift for a friend!

This company is not trading legally. Cheaply made, horrendous products and they then refuse to give a returns address or refunds. I will be reporting them to trading standards.

I REALLY WISH I HAD CHECKED THE REVIEWS FIRST, BECAUSE WHEN THE 2 COMFY SHAPEWEAR BODYSUITS FINALLY ARRIVED THEY WERE NOTHING AT ALL LIKE THE PHOTOS & DESCRIPTIONS.
THE MATERIAL IS CHEAP & NASTY AND IT DID NOT EVEN HAVE THE CENTRAL CONTROL PANEL IN AS PER THE DESCRIPTION.
ASKED TO RETURN & GET REFUND BUT THEY SAID NO BECAUSE I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE!! IM 14-16 SO I GOT LARGE AND WHEN THEY ARRIVED THEY WERE MORE LIKE A SMALL, EVEN IF I ORDERED XXL I STILL DONT THINK THEY WOULD HAVE FIT ME. ABSOLOUTELY DISGUSTING CONSIDERING I PAID £25.00 AND THEY ARENT EVEN WORTH 25P.

Avoid at all costs, my parcel wasn’t delivered as they addressed it incorrectly said I have to find it at local post office!!! It was Evri not the post office refusing a refund for goods not received and want to charge me for more goods and THIER loss of goods Complete THIEVES!!

Absolutely disgusting.. body suit shape wear was total rubbish too short, terrible material... refused to refund.. please don't buy from them.. they also took more money from my bank than the ad... honestly I am so upst about it they just don't care.. a total rip off took nearly a month to arrive

1 star doesn’t even cut it. They are the worst quality products I have ever received and customer service what customer service. They just keep insisting I keep the products because returning is too expensive for me. Offered 4USD compensation.

Do not trade with this company! Item arrived after 3 weeks. Poor quality and terrible fit. No instructions how to send it back. Communication via email a nightmare and finally offered £5 compensation and told to keep the swimsuit since I was liable for return postage of about £7.
I actually agreed since I had given the suit to my daughter to use in aqua classes and today I received £5 into my account. A win situation for me I think!

You do not get anything like what they advertise. I ordered some bodysuits from them & when they arrived they had no support, we're covered in catches, so looked shoddy, they weren't even made of the material they stated. I sent photos as proof, as they requested, but got told I got what I ordered - I did not & that if I didn't like them could I not give them to someone else! So having brought items for myself, which I paid for, I was told to give them away when they turned out to be c**p!
I have posted numerous 1* honest reviews, with photos & they remove them from their website so future customers cannot see they are complete scammers

Wish I had read the reviews here first, I'm not sure why I didn't!! PLEASE reconsider any purchase with this company! Meant to be a £12.99 purchase, however £14 came out of my account. It took three weeks to arrive and the quality is absolutely disgraceful. WHAT A SCAM!

Worst products and company ever. Don’t buy from them, the products on show on the ad are not the same as you receive. Says you can return for refund but they refuse to saying they are a small department and can only refund £3 and you can keep the product which is not acceptable. Now reporting them to Trading Standards!

I bought their shape wear bodysuits, there is no shape wear to them and they are awful quality and very see through.

I contacted them to return the items and get a refund and was told that they had sent the correct item and that it would cost me 20-30 USD to return them. They then offered me £4 back… on a £32 purchase!! £4 and to keep the trash that they have sent me.

Their customer service is horrendous, their products are cheap crap that probably costs them 5p to make, then they are charging £15 per bodysuit!!! Complete con artists.

I left a review on their website and it has disappeared, so they most likely put fake reviews up on their website as they are all 5* which, if they’ve all received the same as me, is complete bull!!!

Wish I had read here to start with and I definitely wouldn’t have ordered them! Regret this purchase massively, the time it took to get here, the horrible quality, the even worse customer service, the false advertisement of the product on their website and the cost for the quality of the products, is damn right disgusting!!!

Terrible website states .co.uk so I assumed from UK, arrived nearly a month after placing order supposed to be an 18-20, I am a 16 and no chance of getting it on, have contacted for a refund only to be told I can have £6 but I want to return and they will not let me or give me the information to do so for a refund! DO NOT BUY

I have no idea why I didn't check Trustpilot before ordering, but I wish I had. As with the comments below, the items take weeks to arrive. I was fobbed off saying it had been posted but the tracking info wasn't available. The package still didn't arrive for another 2 weeks after this response.
The items finally arrived and they are so small. I'm only 5,4" but the length of the bodysuit is at least an inch too short for me to get over my shoulder.
Trying to communicate with this company to get a refund has been a nightmare. All they keep saying is they've sent the correct item so wont refund. They actually suggested I give the items to someone else!!
I've now raised a query with Paypal but so far they are still refusing to accept the return.

The clothing I ordered is simply low quality and trash 😂

Awful company to deal with. I’m usually quite savvy but got sucked into an Insta ad of theirs for shapewear bodysuits and they took two months to get to me. When I tried to cancel, they said I couldn’t because the item had already been sent even though it was showing as processing and it took a further month to get to me. Now I am emailing back and forth with them for a refund based on their own returns policy but they just keep fobbing me off with emails saying how sorry they are that I’m dissatisfied and that they would like to offer me a solution. Avoid at all costs!

I wish I had checked trustpilot before I bought. My total purchase was £29 but then I see I get charged £35
I immediately contact them to cancel and get a refund, they claim system error and they say they issue a refund for the difference. I requested order cancellation and was ignored, no sign of a refund. Stay away, scammers
