Dishonest
Prescription from doctor showing as filled but not received and no communication to say it has. Rang and was lied to each time that they had only just received it that day and would ensure it would be filled and sent .
Still waiting so now will have the hassle of calling doctors to see if I can have that prescription cancelled and another written. Would not use again and recommend that nobody does. Think they just want paying users not NHS.

Hi Michelle, Sorry to hear about your experience. I have been investigating this, from our records i can see your prescription arrived at the pharmacy on the Wednesday and the pharmacy posted out your prescription on Friday by our tracked 24 hour next day delivery. We do recommend customers order 7-10 days in advance, this allows the GP surgery time and also for Royal mail to deliver. Many thanks. Colin

Absolutely brilliant service !
Absolutely brilliant service !! Had been with the large high street pharmacy but was waiting 7days plus on direct prescriptions and even customer services were horrendous. Swapped to Coda and WOW , could not belive how easy and fast it was to put them as my preferred pharmacy with my GP’s and I received my medication within 3 days !!! Absolutely brilliant and have recommended them already !!!

Quick and easy Service
Fast and easy to use APP with service delivery to door.
If there is a need to call to discuss a Repeat Prescription the phone call is answered quickly and politely and the issue is resolved ASAP.
