I was able to find the transaction you mentioned and through it the order.
Your account was never banned, it was put on hold due to our fraud checker (FraudRecord) scoring you 100/100. Additionally your name here, on our billing platform, and on the credit card used to pay don't match.
You never reached out to us to request a refund or have your account checked. Please get in contact.
For now, I have approved your account and service - If we don't hear from you soon, your account will be suspended due to the high-risk factor associated.
Update: The customer has reached out and has been refunded.

I bought the website hosting, not knowing how to put in place my website in it, so I went to ask on the support channels from discord, and I've been helped during all the process, very active and my website is now running very good !
Service is amazing. The guy is always there for support and he’s always hooked me up with stuff I needed and very helpful stuff such as VPSs, dedis, reselling, etc. he explains everything well, best hosting service I’ve ever seen and will always stick with it
So far I have a server with Codecats I have had it for a month now, so far its 100% worth it I use a FiveM server, Whenever I encounter an error I always get it resolved. Aleksa is one of the best support members they are very helpful. I really love the affordable cheap hosting. I would 10/10 recommend Code Cats

the hosting is good and cheap better than most name brands like apexhosting which i recently came from would recommend this host.
