Constantly crashes and offers no support even for paid subscriptions
I tried Codeium pro for the integration of some A.I. features to the IDE. Very shady! The chat window of the JetBrains plugin crashes constantly, there is no support at all, not even with paid subscription, only a useless discord community. There's not even an option to report bugs on the website or customer portal. With a paid service without any kind of technical support or ticket system there's not even a point in talking about the product itself. But hey, they track your usage and display it for all to see in a GitHub-like usage statistics chart on your Codeium profile, because that's what's important!
