After failing in 8 straight interviews

After failing in 8 straight interviews, I almost started doubting myself. It was honestly a very tough phase.

That’s when CodingWise made a real difference for me. The best part wasn’t just the content, but the constant support from Sagar sir and Tarang sir. They kept guiding me, pushing me to improve, and helping me stay updated with what actually matters for interviews.

One thing I’ve clearly understood now - no platform can “give” you placement directly. You have to build skills and crack interviews yourself. CodingWise doesn’t sell fake promises, they actually prepare you to become capable enough to get selected.

And today, I can proudly say - I got placed. 🙌

Join For Knowledge not for Job Assistance

Before joining Codingwise, I attended their demo session, which was decent. At the time of enrollment, I clearly mentioned that I have 10+ years of experience and that my primary reason for joining was resume building, LinkedIn optimization, and interview process support, not core technical learning.

Course & Trainers:
The course content itself is okay. They have multiple tutors who are knowledgeable, and sessions are mostly live classes with some recorded content, which is good. From a pure learning perspective, beginners or mid-level professionals can definitely gain value.

Career Assistance (Major Concern):
The main disappointment was around the career assistance and job support, which was heavily emphasized before joining.

Resume rewriting and LinkedIn optimization were handled only through generic live sessions, explaining what should or shouldn’t be included.

There was no real handholding or personalized support, which is what I expected and paid for.

The information shared is already freely available on many YouTube channels, so this added very limited value.

Mock Interviews Process:
The mock interview process was particularly discouraging. They conduct it like a real interview, and if you fail, you are not allowed to proceed further.
This defeats the purpose—people join such programs because they are struggling with interviews, not because they are already perfect. If failing a mock interview stops further support, then it doesn’t serve as a learning or improvement process.

Overall:

If your goal is learning concepts from knowledgeable trainers, this program may help.

If you are joining specifically for career assistance, resume handholding, LinkedIn optimization, and interview support, I would not recommend it.

For me, the career/job assistance promise was not met, and that was the primary reason I joined. Overall, this aspect was disappointing.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to know you found our trainers knowledgeable and the course content valuable.

We would like to clarify a few points for the benefit of prospective students.

Our placement process is structured and is explained to every student before enrollment. After the live classes conclude, students are given additional time to revise the syllabus, complete projects, and prepare for interviews before becoming eligible for placement opportunities.

In your case, after the completion of the live training, you were given approximately 2–3 months to prepare. During this period, our placement team regularly followed up with you. As reflected in our communication records, you repeatedly informed us that you were not yet prepared to appear for the mock interview due to not having completed the live class training and syllabus. These communications are documented.

The mock interview is not an elimination round. Its purpose is to assess interview readiness before recommending students to hiring companies. Every student receives detailed feedback and is given multiple opportunities to reappear after improving. Unfortunately, despite being provided sufficient preparation time and multiple opportunities, you chose not to attend the mock interview as you consistently communicated that you were not yet ready.

Regarding resume building, LinkedIn optimization, and career guidance, these are delivered through dedicated sessions, structured reviews, and personalized one-on-one support whenever students actively engage with the placement team and seek assistance. Many of our students regularly utilize this support throughout their placement journey. In your case, beyond attending the sessions, there was very limited engagement for personalized career guidance, making it difficult for us to provide the level of handholding you expected.

We respect your opinion, but we do not agree with the conclusion that career assistance was not provided. The placement process could not progress because the interview readiness stage was never completed.

Our team remains committed to fulfil and provide all the services to students which are discussed at the time of enrollment.
