The best gluten free brownies !
The best gluten free brownies I’ve eaten. So moreish, the lemon meringue my favourite absolutely lovely. Nicely presented and packaged too , adds a touch of quality and shows the care and attention they have for their product. I will definitely be a regular customer!

By far the best!
Every single flavour has been sensational!! The thought Ellie puts into the flavours, the look of the brownies and the overall product is just amazing. I am totally obsessed with these and cannot wait to get an order in! Thank you!

Incredible flavours - a real sweet treat!
My personal favourite has become the lemon meringue blondies, followed closely but the "Biscoff" (but gluten-free 😏) brownies!

I can't even put into words how good the gluten-free bakes are at coellieac bakes! The flavours are absolutely incredible. You wouldn't even know they were gluten-free. they're just that good. A must-try!
