The worst customer service I have ever…

The worst customer service I have ever experienced from an online retailer anywhere. No response to 4 emails chasing an update on order status. Like the other reviewers, this should be escalated to Trading standards as they are effectively stealing people's money. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Is this company bogus??

Left a review back in oct, had been trying to contact them fora wile only to have no reply other than the automated one. They finally replied to say product was out of Stock and I could cancel or wait, I decided to give them one last chance and wait. Then in dec I gave up and asked for a refund, it’s now over a month and after them saying they would send it out I have had nothing, and they have stopped replying, how on Earth does this company get PayPal to back them. Over £200 and no contact, I’m def contacting trading standards as this is a total joke. Also notice they have a dog company from the same unit, this has a number but no one answers.

PLEASE AVOID THESE CROOKS

These clowns do not even deserve one star. I paid for a teapot back in September and have been chasing the order for MONTHS. I was ripped off £48 by this bogus company. Money isn’t the only issue, it’s the principle. Nevertheless, I will get my money back. One way or another. That is a guarantee. I will not let this rest. To anyone thinking of placing an order…. do not. You’re better off throwing your money into the sky.

Appalling customer service.

Ordered 5 gift hampers December 8 for family (in good time for Christmas delivery according to their own site). Now January 4 and only one order has made it. What is more, no notification to me about the delays or any estimate of final delivery.

Ordered item on 7/12/21 and am still waiting.

Ordered item on 7/12/21 and am still waiting for delivery today 4/1/22.
I get no response to emails I send and there is no phone number to contact on. I realise we have had numerous bank holidays in between but do not feel this is an acceptable excuse for non delivery of item and no reply to emails

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I purchased a Tea and coffee gift hamper priced at £49.99 on the 10th December as a Christmas gift. Delivery was meant to be 5-6 days but after a week of not hearing anything and after sending several emails I finally had a response saying that my product had been shipped on the 20th December 2021. This was a lie, the product was actually shipped on an overnight service on the 23rd December, arriving on Christmas Eve. I then opened up the package to discover that Coffee Box had sent me 4 packs of tea/coffee and not the hamper that I have paid for.
I have now chased several times to arrange returm of the item I was sent and to see where my hamper is. I have not heard back once. Avoid this company like the plague, I will be speaking with my bank to launch a fradulent claim against this company.

Unreliable service

The order was only partially fulfilled after I contacted them weeks after placing order. Did not come when promised after contact. Finally received partial order with mistakes. Unreliable and uncommunicative.

Delivery times and contact were horrendous

Delivery times were horrendous and contact was pretty much non existent. It took 30
Days to arrive. I understand that staff shortages can cause problems but the contact should have been better as it was meant to be a Christmas present

No delivery and no communication.

Ordered 4th November. One phone call and two emails from me later, still no sign of my order. There has been no proactive communication from the company, and I’ve just been fobbed off so far. If you are unable to fulfil orders, you should not be accepting orders. This is either theft or a scam.

Placed an order on 9tgh December and…

Placed an order on 9th December and had no updates at all. Contacted to cancel the order as I needed it as a Christmas gift and was told it had already been dispatched (although app was saying it had not). Then a few days later got an alert to say it had just been dispatched! Arrived 24th Dec but too late for the person I was gifting it too. I could have ordered this on Amazon (and ultimately did as I had no other option at this point and it arrived the next day) but was trying to support a smaller business. Such a shame that communication was so poor.

Order not received and no communication from them.

I placed my order on the 14th of December. Supposedly dispatched on the 17th. I emailed (email is the only contact option with no phone number) them twice and had automated replies. So, no communication. As others have said I wish I'd looked on here first, then I wouldn't have placed an order with them. I don't believe they even have the item in stock let alone dispatched it. I've opened a dispute against them with Paypal for a refund. I want my money back.

I ordered and paid for 3 products

I ordered and paid for 3 products, 1 arrived, the others haven't but states full order received. Tried contacting company by email x 3 and messenger but no response. Cannot find a phone number to ring so going to have to open dispute with PayPal to get my money back. Very disappointed and embarrassed as was a Christmas gift!

Not shipped to intended recipient

When I placed the order I entered a shipment address intended for delivery to someone else but when I received the confirmation I saw that it was being shipped to my own address. I emailed customer service but never got a reply and the package was delivered to me. I think the address must have changed when I was diverted back to the site from Amazon Pay but information you've entered previously shouldn't change and I now have the hassle of getting the package to the intended recipient.
