I just want to take a moment to mention our suppliers. Leon and Peter discovered this coffee quite a few years ago. The guys are great, they look after their farmers and I know that the product will always be exceptional. They also Met Catalina de la o here with her Honey process coffee coming from the tribal region of the Nomashinenga people. They have their own washing station and because of our trade, they have now built a school as a direct impact of coffee sales. Cup characteristics - Organic Certified organic. With a very smooth full bodied flavour, including hints of chocolate, berries and nuts. Cup Characteristics - Honey Farm - Santa Rosa Varieties - Bourbon, Catarra, and Paiche. SCA - 85+ Positive aromas on the fragrance of caramel, chocolate, dried fruit, and red apple are also present in the cup.

Coffee has a noticeable honey-orangey hint on first nose without a kick in acidity. Feels soft on the tongue and a light hazelnut aftertaste with no astringency. Acidity level is well balanced. It was easy for me to calibrate my machine to get the proper texture and crema level. Will order again.
