FINGER WEG von diesem Shop...immer schnelle Lieferung aber dann null nein minus Service. Verweigert jede Gewährleistung!
Habe die Teile nach gefühlt 100 Unverschämtheiten (Mails) selber besorgt und ausgetauscht. Ich will mit dem Laden nichts zu tun haben, weil mir die Verlogenheit von Coffeeitalia einfach unglaublich ist. Jetzt nach 12 Monaten eine Antwort zu verlangen ist einfach ...ohne Worte

Es kommt eine englischsprachige Verbindung zustande, die gleich wieder vom Gesprächspartner beendet wird.
Nur Geld wird sehr schnell abgebucht.
Ich habe den Kauf kurz nach Abschluss storniert,
was natürlich nachweisbar ist.
Die Firma behauptet einfach, die Maschine wäre 10 Tage früher gekauft worden und verweigert die Stornierung!

Die Stornierung ist erfolgt und die Erstattung erledigt.

Auf keinem Fall dort eine Kaffee Maschine bestellen: Die "24 Monate Garantie" besteht nicht. Ich habe an die dort angegebene E-Mail Adresse geschrieben, da meine dort gekaufte Maschine nach 11 Monaten nicht mehr richtig erhitzt. Es kam nur ein nicht sachdienlicher Hinweis und der Verweis auf die Website von Home Barista.
Danach hat Matteo de Stefani - wenn das sein richtiger Name ist - sich nicht mehr gemeldet. Unter der Telefonummer 069 20136926 wurde ich abgewimmelt und an die E-Mail Adresse verwiesen.

Indeed I was a little bit afraid because I did not receive the delivery notes after 3 workdays but fortunately but big package is there now.

I want to share a great customer service experience. I got a great deal for a new machine (Isomac Tea), which functioned fine for more than a year. Then it broke down - due to a missing safety measure in the machine. Marco agreed to pay for the replacement parts, which were shipped to me for a very low cost - so I could avoid shipping the machine to Germany for repair.
Parts were recieved after a small delay - Italian factory had a long summer holiday break.
I replaced the parts (pump) and everything is fine.

This is now my second order from CoffeeItalia and once again I was assisted in an ultra-professional manner by Matteo.
My first purchase was for a QuickMill Alexia EVO which I am enjoying on a daily basis. However I was getting increasingly frustrated with my coffee grinder which remained slow & noisy while dispensing clumpy grinds. A few emails later and I had a Ceado E37S (with the new worm gear) on the way.
No need to mince words – the E37S is an absolute beast. It is SO easy to setup and gives perfect, fluffy, clump-free grinds dosed right into the centre of the portafilter. No mess, no hassle and lightning fast. The touchscreen is a joy to use & not under or over sensitive and the menu easy to understand. The overall design is clean, sleek and just the right side of industrial to fit in a home kitchen. If I had one complaint it would be that the hopper is way too big for home use and Ceado could allow the option of supplying the small one instead. But this is minor complaint because the small hopper is available to buy separately.
Ceado have done so many things right with this grinder (like easy maintenance, micro adjustments with the new gears and no loss of settings during cleaning) that it basically answers every demand I could ask for, bar single dosing (which is do-able, but not without risk).
Yes, the E37S is expensive. However after weighing up the options and comparing the competition, I see it as a (smart) long term investment with great customer service from CoffeeItalia backing me up should I ever need it.
Recommend CoffeeItalia, Ceado & QuickMill? Without a doubt! And I look forward to dealing with them again soon.

Bestellt und Ewigkeiten auf die Lieferung gewartet. Für die Ware gibt es keine Rechnung mit ordentlich ausgewiesener deutscher Mehrwertsteuer, weil die deutsche Filiale nur eine Scheinfirma ist. Stattdessen kommt nach etlichen Aufforderungen eine Rechnung einer anderen Firma aus Italien, die für den Vorsteuerabzug völlig ungeeignet ist. Ein klarer Verstoß gegen EU-Vorschriften zum Verbraucherschutz.
Warnung: Wer hier kauft, der hat selber Schuld.
