Not proud of this, but I signed up on cognius mostly to see my IQ and forgot the subscription part entirely. Support reversed the renewal without any judgment

I signed up for the .99 Cognius.app…
I signed up for the .99 Cognius.app profile. Was not clear I would be charged 39.99 for a subscription. Tried to login to Cognius app to unsubscribe and was unable to receive email to reset password and cancel. Sent an email to Cognius from both of my email accounts with no password reset available. Cognius makes it impossible to unsubscribe within the 3 day limit…intentionally. Of course thete is not a customer service number you can call and talk to s representative.
