Excellent Business Support
We made a business order for a few dozen toys during the Christmas period and it couldn't have been smoother! Ruth and her team were attentive, kind and responsive throughout the process and were constantly available to answer questions and make changes. We will definitely be returning customers!

I ordered my sons first birthday gift from cogs the brain shop and from start to finish the process was brilliant. There was a problem with the delivery and even though it was not the shops fault Killian in customer services went above and beyond sorting it all out for me. Excellent service
I hadn't come across this shop before. Their website is excellent. The online order process was simple and straightforward and the subsequent communicattion and tracking facility was also top class. The order was delivered speedily and was exactly what I was looking for. Looking forward to dealing with them again.
