Stay away! Do not take a collateral loan from this exchange against your asset. They will liquidate you without giving you an opportunity to make the margin requirements. Chat support seems helpful until you ask to be contacted by anyone other then a bot.

In response to that response. You will see since February 4th I have been trying to get in contact with someone about a liquidation that happened in an over night session when I woke it was liquidated with no opportunity to satisfy the requirements. Every time Ian asked to speak to someone the response is the same. Someone will contact you in 2 business days. That is false, it’s also false to say you see I was satisfied with the last communication.

I was in the process of securing a loan with CoinRabbit and Theo provided the information and support I needed to finalize the transaction. I couldn't find anything on the website or loan request area that told me what to expect if the value of my crypto decreased that would cause a liquidation of my asset. Theo spent time articulating how this worked and gave great examples of what to expect and how to rectify this situation without a liquidation. I usually am not a fan of chat only support but Theo knocked the lights out of my expectations.

This is my second review for CoinRabbit, and overall, they've been fair and helpful in my dealings with them.
I've had multiple loans liquidated over time (including two involving XCN last night), which is always disappointing. That said, CoinRabbit went distance in certain situations.. After the major crypto market drop on October 10, they allowed me to buy back my liquidated XCN position -- a huge favor when the market was down ~20% overall. Anthony from Support worked with me patiently at least half a dozen emails in a few-hour window to make it happen. It wasn't cheap, but it let me recover and even profit a few months later when prices went lower.

So, many reviews highlight their impressively quick response times, and I can confirm that too. Even in this recent liquidation case, Mia replied to my inquiry in just one minute, quickly escalated my request for a review of the liquidation, and within a couple of hours, Theo provided a clear, detailed explanation of exactly why it occurred....
I had misunderstood how the auto ncrease feature works. I thought it would automatically top up collateral no matter how much (or little) was in my connected wallet to prevent liquidation entirely. Theo explained that it only draws from whatever funds are actually available in your wallet at the time; if that's not enough to cover the required amount and keep you in the safe zone, liquidation can still happen. It's a helpful tool for avoiding margin calls in many cases, but it's not unlimited or foolproof -- crypto volatility can still win out if your wallet balance is low (moral is to keep your crypto stocked on the platform you borow).
Despite the liquidations, I appreciate CoinRabbit's transparent support, willingness to accommodate in tough market conditions, and fast escalations. They're NOT A SCAM but not perfect (no platform is in this volatile space), but they've treated me fairly overall.

I went to this site twice...My mistake...They lie about sending emails. I got liquidated back in October they said they will get back to me in 24 hours...I waited and sent another email and they said they are getting slammed and will get back with me. They never ever did . Then I was like ok I will try them again and same thing just got liquidated without emails being sent to top off and I know I activated the auto. So beware of them. They just keep lying about everything

They were hands on right from the beginning! Their team did an exceptional job prioritizing my issues.

Extremely disappointed. The loan process was very simple but impossible to turn the on screen loan to cash. I then proceeded to pay back the loan to recover my assets and they will not allow me to pay in full and release my assets. When i reached out to the "help team" it took well over an hour to get a response and when i did, they did not help at all. It appears that they are just computer generated responses. They did not and still have not responded with a correct response and am still unable to recover my assets! It will not allow me to pay off the balance so i can get my assets back. Now, I have no loan and none of my assets have been returned. I would not recommend getting a loan from this company to anyone.

* UPDATE: I finally found someone at Coinrabbit to work with on this matter. (Of course it was after threatening to expose them to the national media and leaving a couple skating reviews) the first person I spoke to on the support team was zero help at all. “carol”
Then after pestering them for 3 days I got a gentleman named Anthony and he continued to stay with me until we were able to get my assets back. What a nightmare though.

Got a couple loans here and they got liquidated even though I had auto top up enabled, asked why it didn’t even try and they said my balance needed to be more so apparently you need to have well over 100k of that token so a minimum amount suggested would be nice there. Also recently got another Loan now I’ve learned allot and their site was down that morning forever when It finally came back up it kept doing some quick reset during my application, I had the amounts in and where I wanted my loan sent to and it did a quick flash reset during this but didn’t change any of my numbers or anything so I hit submit, waited for my loan cash and it was taking way longer than usual and when I looked it said it was sent as USDT SOL not what I first selected USDT ETH, unfortunately my wallet sent to doesn’t support USDT SOL so I’m out $5550. Asked customer support if they could help me out and at first it was sorry about your luck your problem then they emailed me saying it was we filed a retrieval and it takes 12 hours then well after 12 hours they said they need a SOL address I gave them that and waited several more ours and asked any update and they said no. Waited a while longer and asked on chat if there’s any update on receiving the loans funds and on there they said you have received your loan funds so wondering if they are really doing anything to help. Wish they’d just fund me for the glitch because I know it won’t hurt them any to right the other off as a loss and my loan was already liquidated because I didn’t receive my funds to be able to top it off from being liquidated so I now can’t pay rent or ALL of my other bills for weeks until my next check. Hoping for the best but not expecting anything. Definitely just tell them you want your loan cashed out into your wallet on their site to avoid any mistakes then if needed transfer it to yourself and at least triple check EVERYTHING before transferring.
Update…! The Head of customer support at Coinrabbit stepped in and after a couple days my crypto sent to the wrong network was sent back to me… this was the outcome for my review here I was hoping for. Yes Coinrabbit for those wondering is legit and you can get liquidated easily because crypto can go down so fast so some reviews bashing Coinrabbit about this I'm trying to help anyone considering them from my experiences, make sure to have plenty plenty for automatic top ups like if you have a million coins in a loan you better have at least 500k in that same crypto for automatic top ups in your coinrabbit wallet if not another million to be safer. Also best to send the loan funds to your Coinrabbit wallet first.

If your token drop to the magin you are liquidated. Even if it’s for a split second.
And whales moving huge amount will guarantee they will liquidate you. Seems like an easy way to cash in on peoples crypto. Do not recommend.

Over a Year's worth of experience with coin rabbit my experience has been excellent.

i had loans on rabbit , I noticed 3 were closed but don't remember closing cuz I planned on closing all 12 or whatever I had at exact same time
I can't say it was coin rabbit for sure but at the end of the day I'd recommend against taking loans if your not sure of the platform especially if it's offshore like this . I won't do it again but at the same time I can't 100% say rabbit did something to take the loans.

I have used CoinRabbit for the past couple of years. I had 2 situations come up where my tokens did not show up as I was expecting. Both times they helped me locate my tokens and get them credited. I should say that both times were user error - not CoinRabbit. I would like to add that if you decide to take a loan do it with minimal leverage (at most 50%) - if your loan is getting close to margin calls you will get email warnings and you can top off the loan or pay it off.
