I've enjoyed playing on this site and even won enough to cash out a little today. When I went back in later, I couldn't get the daily wheel to spin for me. This such an amazing platform! I wish people would stop giving bad reviews because they lost!!! Do you people not realize this is a casino! You can't try to run down a God business you didnt win. I had an awful experience at this casino. I took one of their promotions, unfortunately play a hacksaw game. And it took my money like there was no tomorrow. Even played five times in the chance to win free spins spun it a few hundred times and no free spins triggered. What a crock. I would stay away from this place stick with the ones that are established.

Your redemption request for $200 was submitted on January 18 and was already in queue for manual review (as all PayPal redemptions go through). Our team explained this in the live chat, and you kindly acknowledged it. A few minutes later, the request was cancelled on your end, and gameplay was resumed - which led to the loss of the remaining balance.
We understand the importance of fast redemptions and are actively working on expanding instant options - but in this case, the delay wasn’t due to system processing time, but rather a user decision to cancel and continue playing.
If you’re open to it, we’d love if you could consider updating the title of your review to reflect the full situation, since your rating was fair and we appreciate your honest feedback.
