Hello,

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your interest in Coinzilla. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we’d like to clarify a few important points.

Our publisher review process follows clear criteria, including a minimum traffic requirement, as stated in our Terms & Conditions. In this case, the website did not meet the required traffic threshold at the time of application. The decision was based on traffic volume, not on content quality.

We use industry-standard tools to evaluate traffic in order to maintain high quality and consistency across our platform. Advising applicants to reapply after a certain period is part of our standard procedure when minimum requirements are not yet met.

Regarding the review request, submitting another review on the same day does not affect the evaluation process or the decision. All applications are assessed equally, and our standards remain consistent for all publishers.

We aim to maintain a high standard within the industry and to work with publishers who meet our platform requirements.

We encourage you to reapply once your website meets the minimum traffic conditions outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

We wish you continued success,
The Coinzilla Team

Hi Ravi,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry for any frustration or inconvenience this may have caused.

At the moment, our platform is focused on building a tightly curated network of publishers that aligns with our current advertiser demand and quality standards. This means that, for now, we’re not accepting faucet-related websites. Even those with strong traffic or good design.

We understand this can be disappointing, and your time is valuable. Please know this decision isn’t a reflection on your platform specifically, but rather part of a broader policy that’s in place to protect advertiser interests and maintain long-term performance across the network.

We truly appreciate your understanding, and we hope to revisit this policy in the future as the market evolves.

Sincerely,
The Coinzilla Team

Thank you for your feedback, Aaron.

At Coinzilla, we take regulatory compliance and security very seriously. All verification processes, including KYC, are conducted to ensure we meet international regulations and provide a safe and transparent environment for all our users.

In some cases, additional checks may be required to verify information or ensure that funds are sent correctly to the intended recipients. These measures are not only in place to protect our platform but also to provide a higher level of security for our users.

We understand that this can be an inconvenience, and we appreciate your patience. Our team is constantly working on streamlining these processes while maintaining the necessary safeguards.

If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team, and we’ll be happy to help.
