I've never purchased a mat cut to size before - all 4 mats are exactly as ordered and the colour is true to picture. well organised website, easy to use, kept informed of order throughout, simply a very good service.

In the first instance, the website was the easiest to navigate amongst the numerous others selling coir mats. And the price was the best! It came by DHL - I love a good quality courier with regular - email and text message updates and the option to change the delivery day. Sadly there was a fault with the item I bought and when I sent an email I expected a back and forth, 'to be expected' blah blah blah but no.....absolutely no questions asked, replacement sent out immediately, apology offered for the inconvenience. Brilliant. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend
