new recipe is just not it. Ordered a box of full fat coke and was let down to have tasted something that just isn't coke. Lost my business.

Sent an email on the 10th of December with a general query.Email was acknowledged but no reply.Terrible customer service.

I found a dead ferret in 8 me pack of coke zero would absolutely buy again on the small but brill island called newfoundland loads of smoking hot chillies too :D (It cured my type 1 diabetes too I Wana have MY DADDYS MASSIVE SAUSAGUE roll)

Appletizer was recalled. Not great but ok....
Trying to get vouchers for a replacement for their mistake, was a really a bad experience. Promising physical vouchers, waited weeks, had to phone again, then changing to online only vouchers. Having to ring back multiple times. Then receiving the vouchers, only to find (upon actually visiting store) that most stores don't accept them! (vouchers do not state any excluded stores!). AWFUL.

The new "ergonomically" designed all-in-on CAP is CRAP! Doesn't allow proper closure for a flush fit. I'm disconnecting the cap from the collar on each bottle to facilitate such, rather defeating the object of this wonderful (not) new "space-age" invention!!!!

I love diet Coke, but recently I have brought two bottles from two different places and can honestly say its disgusting, no taste whats so every, I will not be buying it ever again and before you say its cause it has zero sugar, not the case as i have always drank diet coke, from now on i will stick to aldi's own brand as thats much nicer.

I love Coca Cola. There are options for everyone. The Coke Zero is great

Anyone else get caught by the “Free gift for orders over £50”? Placed my order that came to £67 and selected my free gift.

Get an email saying my order has been split into two and will be sent as two deliveries.

Contact chat line to see why no free gift and told “You have two orders, £45 and £22. As each order is under £50 you are not entitled to the free gift”

Bought a bottle of coke zero and there is no taste. Completely watered down. After reading others reviews on here, i have now decided to not buy any coke products. Woke. Controlling, they think they can do it.

Appauling treatment of longstanding on trade custommers, We have had coke schweppees post mix system in our hotel for over 20 years the system has broken and they have failed to repair or replace, now advising to soret this it has to be treated as a new install and investment and that our usage of syrup no longer meets the level required to sign of the works, shocking customer service with myself chasing this for 9 months to get this response disgusting no managers ever available to talk to and even 3 emails to the CEO have never been responded to. In my 30 years of business I have never experienced such awful disrespect for its customers. shame on them.

Had The Misfortune To Buy 'Coke Zero' As The Two Shops I Went To Late At Night Had Run Out Of 'Pepsi Max'. I Have Got To Say That 'Coke Zero' Is The Most Bitter Tasting Cola I Have Ever Drank. Took A Couple Of Sips And Spat It Out, Had To Look At Bottom Of Can Check Date, Had Several Months Date Left. I Can Now See Why 'Pepsi Max' Has Been Winning The Taste Preference In The Last Several Years. Even If This Was Given Away Free Coca Cola Would Have Trouble Trying To Shift This. Maybe Coca Cola Should Rename This To "Coke Zero With Zero Taste" As This Is Exactly What This Is...

I don't even have the words to describe how this company is the source of all evil on our planet.

We raise our children to not touch drugs, stay away from Alcohol and other harmful substances as far as possible and then this gets air on prime time and exists everywhere.

How come people who smoke gets banned from the public while these harmful products continue to be presented everywhere? on sporting events even?!

This just goes to show, mankind has no problem selling the future of our children for a dime...and this saddens me deeply.

Drink water people, it's free, it's god given, and it's the only thing you need to sustain yourself.
